He called between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday he was told there was no service fee and according to the web it was going to be between $35 to 95 dollars. It only took the guy 15 minutes to get to his house and then when he got there it was maybe 10 to 15 minutes of work that the man did to get in the interior door, and my son had to help the man with his equipment to unlock the door!!!! Then the man proceeded to charge my son $375 for this process! On their website they claim to be honest that is not honest by any means! I called to speak to the manager or owner, never got a call back never heard anything been trying to call back ever since and they're ignoring the phone calls! Called 12 other locksmiths and the most that they offered to charge was $100 this company is not to be trusted. I've heard that you could definitely pay Google for good reviews and I'm sure that's exactly what they've done. I've checked on trustpilot and other websites and their rating is nowhere near a 4.9 some of their ratings are in the threes and 4.0. A lot of customers complaining about the same thing being grossly overcharged! I'm completely disgusted that they took advantage of my mentally handicapped son made him do some of the work and then proceeded to grossly over charge him for it! I would definitely not recommend this company run don't walk away call someone else that actually is reputable and truly is honest and NOT grossly overcharging their customers and then having their customers help them do the work ON TOP OF IT!!!!
