I put a request through Yelp for a quote on a small locksmith job. It took a day to get a call back. I had put all the information in my Yelp request, yet the gentleman asked me to call him, even though he had my number, and then asked me for the same information I put in my request. He told me someone would call. That person had not been given any of my information and I was asked for it yet again. I told this person I would think about hiring them and call back. A few minutes later I was called yet again by the head dude and he starts asking for my address again. I told him I was going with another company and to not call again. I called this company to change the locks on our home that has ancient locks- they're at least 60 years old. I didn't know that these locks were so challenging (I just thought a lock is a lock) but this locksmith was patient and fair with us. The company came to our home promptly, and worked quickly. We have a lock that broke inside ( a spring). The locksmith came fast and tried for a good while to fix it. His evaluation was that it needs two people to finish the job as he thought the door needed to be taken out to be able to access the lock and exchange it. I lived in a high rise condo. Just got off from work, picked up food from the grocery store, I arrived home and couldn't unlock my door. Atlanta Locksmith came out and made a new key for my 2013 Infiniti m37 they gave me an amazing price on two keys to be cut and programmed.
