We have had the door to our deck extremely difficult to lock and unlock. I was the only one who could do it, and it required a lot of strength and lifting of the door knob just right. What an emergency problem that could be if there was a fire. I called Unlockit Locksmith. They couldn't have been more helpful, and came out the very next day. Our technician Eddie was super nice, professional, and had to make quite a few adjustments, but now our door locks and unlocks perfectly! Can't recommend this company enough! We've used Unlockit twice. My wife's purse was stolen with two sets of keys/fobs. If you've ever had key fobs replaced you know how expensive that can be. I really needed a new remote for my 11 year old car. ALL the buttons were completely smashed in and gone. Not sure if it was due to pressing it too hard, the material was not durable enough, or if it was just normal wear and tear, but the only way I could get in my car was to actually use the lock on the door handle...who does that these days, lol. I was also thinking of my safety of needing to unlock and lock the door swiftly or God forbid I needed to sound the alarm! Anywho, my fellow yelpers gave great reviews on service and quality, so even though it was a little farther than a hop, skip, and a jump away, I called and made an appointment to come in. They didn't have my key available in the store, so they had to order it. They called me when the key was in and I came in to get a new key programmed. Unlockit said they could not do it nor any other locksmith. I then went to Toyota, and they could not program the after market smart key either. Finally getting around to doing this review. We had to use their services for an eviction we were doing. Their prices beat everyone else's we called. They were prompt to message me back. I contacted them through Yelp. They called several times before the date and time of the eviction. They called to verify the appointment once it was set, the day before, the day of and also the tech called me when he arrived. Considering timeliness is important during an eviction, I appreciated the fact that he was there well before the scheduled time. He was quick, friendly and professional. I was so happy with their service, I think we found our new go to locksmiths. They also called back for some customer feedback but I missed their call and never had a chance to call them back.
