My rating is strictly based on customer service. I locked myself out of my home with my 2 year old. I contacted this company and a gentleman quickly explained that he wouldn't be able to help until an hour later because he was on his way to another job. However, instead of sending me on my way he provided the contact number to another company (a gentleman by the name of Chris). Chris has been doing locksmith work for over 40 years, is now retired but still services when someone needs help. He was at my house 20 minutes later, and 10 minutes after that I was in my home. To the original company who referred me to Chris, thank you for not simply saying you couldn't help and pls tell Chris thank you again! I didn't find him on Yelp to leave him his own review. I first met Phil about 7 years ago when I locked myself out of my house. I borrowed a Gwinnett phone book from a neighbor and started calling local locksmiths, Phil answered on the first ring and was at my house in about 20 minutes. Just moved into our new house, and we had to get all of the locks rekeyed. We also swapped out a few single cylinder deadbolts with double cylinder deadbolts for added security. Philip was great - he was very professional, did a great job, was very thorough with his explanations, etc. He even took the time to make sure one of the deadbolts would engage completely in the lock hole (apparently this was something the builder didn't care enough about). He could've easily just swapped out the locks, but he went the extra mile to make sure our home was secure. Highly recommended, if you need his services in the Gwinnett area. read more

Beyond amazing. Was one of the lowest quotes I got, then when Phillip came out, was very nice and professional. He went above and beyond in re-keying my storm door, that I had never had a key for, switching out my door knobs to make sure I never got locked out on my upstairs back porch again ( and had to jump 12 feet to the ground) , and fixed a door that I always had a terrible time trying to deadbolt (again my upstairs porch). Philip was fantastic. On-time, reliable, quick service and very affordable. He changed out all of the locks in my house as a new purchase. He even drilled out the wood door jamb b/c my deadbolt would not totally engage (the builder left it that way) for free. He was so nice and wouldn't even take a tip.
