First I'll start off by saying that I hope to never be in the position to ever need a locksmith again, but if by chance I am, Kevin Wilson is my first and only choice. He came out after 5pm on a Friday night to assist me with getting into a safe of a deceased loved one. Of course I had all paperwork needed on my end to gain access, but once Kevin learned why I was obtaining his services he was very very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation which is a quality I just don't see much in the world anymore. I just had such a great experience with these guys. First, the scheduling was easy. Kevin answered the phone himself each time that I called, and explained the process for installing keypad locks on some of my interior doors (note: you'll order these yourself on Amazon or get them at Home Depot or a similar store). He explained that I'd receive a text confirmation from a particular area code. He also had me text him photos of one of my doors for another type of lock I was having him install. Second, our installer, Glenn, arrived on time and was quite friendly and professional. He did a fantastic job with our interior keypad locks and our other installation. He even tightened up some loose screws he noticed while he was performing the installations. The whole process from start to finish was quick and painless and extremely reasonably priced. These guys also perform security checks of your house, which I may have them come back to do. I highly, highly recommend them and I will definitely have them back for any future locksmith or security assessment needs. read more

I contacted Mr. Wilson around 3:30pm and at the time of my call he stated he was on a job and he contact me once he was done. As of September 7, 2019 at 10:27am I've yet to receive a call back. I'm sure he provides quality service however I'm not please with his lack of communication as promised. I had an unfortunate break in on a vacant rental home. The door was ripped off the hinges and torn off the frame, so I needed someone fast. It was Saturday night of a holiday weekend. Kevin returned my call on Sunday morning and was at the property that afternoon. He gave me different options and let me make my own decisions without any pressure. First of all, Kevin is responsive. When I called, I left a message and he called back quickly, apologizing for not answering right way. I was having trouble with a lock where the key was getting stuck and would not come out. He and an assistant came out on the scheduled day and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They also noticed that you had to push the door closed to latch the lock. They went to the truck, got a grinding tool, and opened up the hole for the deadbolt so that it could go in easier. A couple of days later, I had trouble with the lock again. Kevin came out the same day to fix it without charge. It was something peculiar with my lock where the wrong cylinder size was installed by the guy who did the door. Once again, he fixed it within minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I called Kevin at 7 o'clock at night yesterday... Two days before Christmas, and he answered on the first ring! I am going through a divorce, and my family and I decided that we needed to have my house re-keyed. Immediately. I somehow, (ha) locked myself out of my room, never the less I only had a community phone book available since the computer and all phone numbers in phone were, (you got it) locked in the room. I contacted Mr. Wilson to change the locks of my new home. He gave me the price and the appointment date. After waiting two weeks for him, he came without the correct locks and without any helper. So he started the job, charged $295 for two door locks from Home Depot, he didn't finish that day and the worst part was, he caused a short circuit to my house when he used long screws instead of shorts one. I did call an electrician and told me that the locksmith was not careful doing his job and that was the cause of the short circuit. Two days later he sent his helper to finish the job, we explained what happened and he called Mr. Wilson but to our surprise he was very rude and didn't take responsibility for the issue he caused. He said the problem was from the builder of the house. I told him to show more empathy towards the situation, and remembered him that he was the one to be here, not his helper to finish the job. He once again deny responsibility, he mentioned that he has insurance, but he was not going to use it and told me he has better projects to work than finishing my home. Neither he offered any solution nor did he come to see what happened. In the end I paid for the electrician and a contractor. I don't recommend him. He lacks of professionalism, bad customer service, expensive for Schlage door locks that you can find and install yourself; and not a person you can trust. Also he is not BBB accredited. read more
