I sent him the picture and said he would be there in 30 minutes. Instead of telling me he couldn't do the job I requested so I could try another company. He arrived and said he could only drill the lock off, but not replace it. So I stated I would pay the trip charge. He ended up using a slim Jim to force my top drawer open, but I won't be able to close it. Bottom line, I feel he shouldn't taken the call, knowing that he could not complete the job I requested. What a ripoff. I blame key4less because he referred him for a job he could not do. Be careful not to accept any of their referrals. Option 1 was to change the lock and have a different key for the door which would defeat having one key for all the doors. Option 2 allowed the lock to be changed to match the existing locks. I was given a $175 bill for re-keying and now I have to have my door repaired and have the handle removed to repair the damage done by locksmith services roswell! I'm so mad!
