Nathan was quick and professional and I like that he called 2-3 times to confirm the time he was scheduled to come. That's great customer service in this busy world we live in! I also appreciate that he did not attempt to get us to change the design of our locks just for the heck of it (which I'm sure would have increased the cost of the job).
