I sent him the picture and said he would be there in 30 minutes. Instead of telling me he couldn't do the job I requested so I could try another company. He arrived and said he could only drill the lock off, but not replace it. So I stated I would pay the trip charge. He ended up using a slim Jim to force my top drawer open, but I won't be able to close it. Bottom line, I feel he shouldn't taken the call, knowing that he could not complete the job I requested. What a ripoff. I blame key4less because he referred him for a job he could not do. Be careful not to accept any of their referrals. He called later to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within minutes of his projected time and immediately went to work.
