I needed a new car key and found D & S rated with decent reviews. I called to request an appointment at 12:30 and, in my own error, did not request a quote nor was one given. The technician called me at 1:15 to let me know he was on the way. He got here at 1:52 and though polite, did not speak much. As he was working on my key, the office called to let me know the total would be $430. I shared my displeasure and the woman came back on the line with $100 off (who knows how she was able to do that so quickly ;) ). I got my key and the tech left without so much as a goodbye. After speaking with a family member who received the same service in the same area by another provider and paid $125 all in, I DO NOT recommend this company based on service, pricing, and overall business practice. read more

We needed service for a rental car on which the original key fob failed. We contacted D&S who indicated they would arrive onsite within the hour. Allowing for metro-Atlanta traffic, we did not expect an on-time arrival. However, the technician arrived 2 1/2 hours after the promised time. When the technician arrived, he was apologetic for the delay and went straight work diagnosing our concern. After more than a hour, it became evident that a new had to be made which was successfully completed in short order. Understandably, the service had to be paid with a credit card. D&S was paid before leaving the site. Nearly one week later, we still have not received a payment receipt. As this was a rental vehicle, the rental company requires a receipt to reimburse for the expense. Four (4) phone calls, multiple emails and one full week later, we STILL DO NOT have a payment receipt. Realistically, there should be 2 scores; one for the technician (4.25) and one for Customer Service/follow-thru (1) only because a human answers the phone. Don't expect these guys to be on time. And, if you need after-service follow-up, forget it. read more

I called D&S Locksmith at 4 pm today (Friday). They informed me a technician would be there before dark. Mitchell arrived before 5 pm! He was very courteous and professional and promptly replaced my seized deadbolt lock at a reasonable cost. He cleaned up so thoroughly, the tile floor was cleaner than when he got there! read more

Communication wasn't the best when trying to get my key fixed. I had an appointment scheduled and then when no one showed up all day with no heads up, the technician I talked to on the phone also seemed to be unsure of what was going on. Said my key had to be reordered or something. For the second appointment scheduled, they came 45 minutes late and said they couldn't fix my key even though they "ordered it" twice. At least got my deposit back. read more

Terrible service!!!! I got charged twice because there locksmith sen the zelle payment to the "wrong number" and I had to pay a second time so that the company could see that i paid, he said id get a refund for his mistake and we had been messaging and he kept saying the company was processing the refund. I then contacted the company and someone from there named JAY called me back saying to send him the proof and i did and then he said they'll take care of it and my mother called also and said that they said they had already proceased the payment and i haven't seen anything on there ever since and it's been A MONTH NOW. ai then contacted them again and JAY contacted me back saying they weren't going to give me a refund. read more

Ok, so my review was of a call a couple of weeks ago. I needed to get a replacement fob/key. The tech Roei arrived in fast amount of time and was able to get a working replacement fob, but after leaving the premises, I discovered that at the trunk,the fob was not reading it, so it was giving a alarm saying no key detected, I call the tech about this and was told he would be out to my location to resolve the issue. I to this date have not heard from him. I had to go to dealership. read more

Called for a key replacement in Morrow.today. Talal was there in 15-20 min. Told me up front the price and I didn't pay anything until the work was complete and we were satisfied. I originally had a replacement key fob made for my vehicle in August, 2021. I was very pleased with the service. All messages by email, phone and text were answered in a timely manner. My schedule was accommodated and the technician notified me ahead of his arrival time and actually arrived early. I was very pleased with the service I received. Flash forward to June, 2022. I had a problem with my key fob and called for service. Again, my call and messages were returned in a timely manner. Even though I was beyond the warranty period, arrangements were made to accommodate me. The technician, Shay (not sure if I spelled correctly) notified me of his arrival time, but actually arrived early (which I appreciated). Again, I received excellent service with a smile.
