Visited A1 Body Shop and spoke with the owner, Jason Cobb , a very personal individual and he worked up a quote for me. I had spoken to two other "shops" and most impressed with Jason and he did the work and also gave me a Military discount (I'm a Vietnam Vet) as well. The job was expertly done and in a reasonable time- I waited in his lobby. While there, two customers who had major work done on their car came to "pick up" and I could not help but over hear their satisfaction- one man said his car looked better than new ! If you need body work, minor or major, I highly recommend you checkout A1 Body Shop and Jason the owner . A1 Body Shop, 601 Industrial Dr, Woodstock, GA 30189

I can't recommend this body shop enough! If I could give 6 stars, I would…read more I had a mobile dent repair guy attempt to fix scratches someone left on my new car on the bumper and grill and he used matte black (my car is gloss black) when he told me he had the correct paint color... He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol. Thank you Bobby & Platinum Collision Repair Crew!

Also, they are very thorough and detailed in their explanations about the services performed on the vehicle. Truly, it's rare to find this type of service. However, I found it here! I have had work done at Gerber's shop on at least two occasions via insurance…read more I backed into a gentleman's car and wanted to pay out of pocket and I referred him to Gerber. I barely tapped him. Gerber's quote was $5,000 with 24 hours of labor. The gentleman I hit took it to another reputable shop and was quoted $1,875. Gerber's quote had as much in labor. Even. the difference in aftermarket parts would not create such a disparity. The car needs a bumper and some brackets. My point to Gerber when I spoke with Ryan, the manager, was people don't need company's like Gerber milking them when it's hard enough to get by after 4 years of Bidenomics. Your quote was ridiculous and it is sad company's like Gerber operate the way you do. Ryan hung up on me! He said Good Day first! Steve Tucker Sent from my iPhone
