My automobile was damaged driver side from fender to bumper. I had not had an accident in many, many years. Only maintaining required coverage, I was left responsible for paying out of pocket. I'd been to several unsatisfactory places looking for relief. At that point I felt devastated. When leaving my pharmacy down the road I ran upon Finish Pros, this turned out to be one of the best stops I ever made. I found them to be professional, polite, courteous and knowledgeable regarding their trade. I was so pleased I didn't have to stand, I could sit in front of them, discuss with them my needs and felt comfortable, I was treated as though I was special. Most impressive the office was meticulously maintained. Comparing the other body shops I visited this was a welcomed relief. They were a pinch higher than one or two of the others (talking dollars, not hundreds), but at this point it didn't matter. They made me feel they would do an excellent job, that was most important to me, and they did. I set an appointment with them for repairs immediately. They were an actual blessing going above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me and in the repair of my vehicle. I am truly serious, Above and Beyond! The owner actually brought tears to my eyes because upon arrival to pick up my vehicle as scheduled, It looked brand new. He repaired areas I could not afford to pay for out of pocket. Schedules were kept, the work was absolutely amazing, they even delivered me to my front door when I dropped my vehicle off. I am still thankful. Very picky person COMPLETELY satisfied. Pulled in originally to ask some questions and liked the vibe I got from the manager. Ended up getting a quote and liked what I heard and was quoted. Dropped truck off where a pole ran down the side of truck from center rear door, caught the cab and continued down the side of the bed past the wheel opening. Boogered it up good, and was sick over it. Took it in for repair and stopped to check on it frequently. Took a minute longer, but was explained they were not satisfied with how one spot looked after priming, so they did More work- even took me to show what was happening with repair. Picked up truck upon completion and it looks amazing I'm not a car repair person, but know enough I could play one on tv and have been around a few folks that have been since we were 15(pretty long time). Anyway, like said earlier, I am completely satisfied with the quality job, the price and the attitude of the folks here. Good place to have work done. Great place to take your vehicle. I took my truck to them and had them do a complete paint job. My truck looks as good as it did when it came off the showroom floor.
