Have been going to this shop for years and have been pleased with the work they have done. I have been to them more times than I would like to admit with accidents of my family - some our fault and some not. I have also referred them to numerous friends and family members. Unfortunately, after today's experience I would no longer use them again due to the lack of professionalism of the front desk receptionist/office manager. She is very rude and condescending. She has no customer service skills and seems to be more worried about her dog that she brings into the office everyday than actually being polite to the customers that keep her employed. I have given them thousands of dollars throughout the years and about 3k out of pocket with the last incident before this one. I will say that Matt is very professional and courteous with explaining everything, he's an actual asset to the business. But unfortunately, I will never use them again or refer them due to the lack of respect I experienced today. Being in customer service myself , I value my customers and appreciate them. I don't look down on them as a bother or inconvenience. There are plenty of body shops around that would actually appreciate my business and ensure that I would receive the best customer service experience possible. I really should have just went with the insurance preferred body shop as I feel like I would have been treated better. read more

I absolutely love this shop!! I wish there was a better way of saying "phenomenal job"! I purchased my first car December 7 and, as luck would have it, got into an accident 10 days later messing up the whole back corner or the car, as well as the rear passenger door. Dallas Collision kept my mom and i updated throughout the whole process and even kept in contact with my insurance company and the rental company as well. I was scared that there were going to be noticeable changes, like off in color or something like that but I was literally so happy when i saw my car, I almost burst into tears. this is the worst business to get any work done at. my fiancé got new breaks and roaders done here. the next week the entire roader was hanging off and was not attached. I have. A video of my fiancé jiggling it around. that same day we were driving down the road and the breaks shot. we tried breaking and flew though an intersection through a red light and almost got tboned. thank god other drivers were aware because we could have died. after we took it back they tried getting us to pay to get it all redone when the work they did the first time obviously was not done correctly. read more

I was referred to them by who I trusted whole heartedly. I was so glad that I was referred to Dallas collision because I had a wonderful experience. Everybody there was so helpful and nice and took care of everything for me from the insurance to the car rental. I even had a couple issues with the car after I picked it up and took it back and there was no questions asked they took care of everything for me I wouldn't go anywhere else. I tried to have them do a simple repair on my Mercedes front drivers side blinker reflector. They ordered the part and called me to bring the car in. I showed up and the lady at the front desk Starlia, told me that they needed to reschedule for next week. Since they told me to come in and I drove a distance to get there, I asked her to please fix it today because I knew it was a simple fix that took a few minutes and I drove out there because they told me to come in. She went to the back then came out upset with me. Long story short, they attempted to put the reflector on and proceeded to tell me my lighting was broken and I need to take it to a dealer to fix. All of my lights worked perfectly fine before I drove in. After confrontation with them becoming irate with me which I have on video, my reflector was never put on and my lights magically worked again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY. Do not trust them with your car and they will treat you like crap if you do not agree with them even in a kindly manner. Excellent experience with Dallas Collision. My Honda sustained damage by a loose muffler that came bouncing down Cobb Pkwy. and decided to collide with our car (grrrr!). Dallas Collision fixed up my baby just like new at a very fair price. The paint matching amazed me. Even in sunlight, it is impossible to tell that paint work has been done. On top of that, they thoroughly cleaned the outside of the car and did a mini-detail on the inside! Dallas collision did a fantastic job on my suv! I was hit in the rear corner at 100 mph and you cannot even tell! The damage was worse than originally documented by the insurance company, but they got my repairs fixed in time and handled the insurance adjustments without me having to do anything. This company came highly recommended. They were plesant enough to talk with but their work was sub standard. Had a pretty simple fix but had to go back 2 times and after the second time, as I was taking my car home I heard a horrible rattle. Looked when I got home and they forgot to tighten some bolts. After tightening them myself the issue that they "fixed" came back. I will be taking my vehicle someplace elst to be repaired correctly. read more
