After (looks brand new)

Bobby was incredible, I came in with a dent on my bumper, and the car looked brand new when he gave it back to me! The price and quality is far superior to any other shop I got quotes from, and I'll be returning to Platinum Collision for any future repairs I need.

I picked Platinum Collision because they quoted my repair at slightly lower than the average of all quotes that I got. The quality and speed of my repair was ABOVE average. So was tlwere the interactions with the shop, very responsive, honest an accommodating. I even got a ride to and from the rental car company. That was something hard to get from Enterprise! I highly recommend Platinum Collision. Consider how folks are far more prone to complain than praise when writing reviews. Platinum Collision did solved an issue for me at a reasonable price and with the kind of enthusiasm I didn't get elsewhere in this town. Attached are before and after photos.

I called to ask is they work on Alfa Romeo as there are limited collision repair centers that can do work on this foreign vehicle. Babak asked me to bring in my truck and after seeing it felt comfortable with doing the work. He was very communicative and Because Babak was so communicative I really didn't worry about how things were going with my truck. The repair made it look like it did before the damage was done. He even fixed the small spot on the hood where a bird pooped on it and damaged the paint.

I had a large scrape across the side of my car that covered several panels, so I knew it was going to be expensive. After hearing about Platinum Collision from a coworker, I took my car in expecting to have to pay anywhere from $2,000-3,000, but they were able to do it for under $2,000 and half the price of some of the larger body shops in town. The work was done quickly, finished on schedule, and it looked amazing--they even fixed some unrelated scratches on other parts of the car for no extra cost. I'd recommend Platinum Collision in a heartbeat.

Bobby and his team was great. I had a small fender bender and he finished on time like he said. He also cleaned the outside and inside of my car too! He also fixed something that the insurance didn't cover, free with no charge!

Have had a few recent repairs needed on older vehicles. Cost and time estimates were accurate. Vehicles look good as new.

5/5 I've been…read morebringing my vehicles to Mac Crawford for well over a decade, and there's a reason I continue to come back. Mac is reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and his prices have always been fair and affordable. I've never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need, and I've never had an issue with the quality of his work. That kind of trust is hard to find when it comes to auto repair. What I appreciate most is that you don't feel like just another number here. Mac takes the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle, what actually needs to be done, and what your options are. There's a level of personal service and accountability that you just don't get everywhere. There was even one occasion when my vehicle needed something Mac wasn't able to handle. Instead of attempting a repair outside of his expertise or simply turning me away, he referred me to someone who could take care of it properly. That told me everything I needed to know about his integrity. He knows what he's doing, and if something is outside of his scope, he'll be honest about it and point you in the right direction. After more than ten years of consistently good experiences, I can confidently say Mac is someone I trust with my vehicles. Great service, fair pricing, honest advice, and someone who genuinely treats his customers like people rather than transactions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crawford's Auto Repair.

I almost stuck with one place, but they tried to upsell me on things I didn't need, so I kept looking. I read a bunch of good reviews about Crawford's and decided to give them a try. Fast forward to now -- I've been using them for 4 years for various services. Sometimes it's just a simple oil change or routine maintenance; other times, it's more involved repairs. They haven't disappointed me once. Mac is always on point. He clearly explains what's going to be done and how much it will cost. He looks out for your best interest and suggests the most cost-efficient (not necessarily cheapest) repair option. He's also trustworthy -- if a repair part acts up, he won't back out. He honors his warranty. I take both my car and my wife's car here -- and only here.

They stated multiple times over the years that their "classic car guy" was an expert and could handle a classic car. For the first 5 years of living in atlanta, I took my classic mercedes here until they finally told me their classic car guy was leaving and they wouldn't touch my car going forward. Frankly, they did 5 years of changing my oil and nothing else but they'd charge me for what they called "regular maintenance". Regular maintenance on a classic car should include a lot more than just topping up the oil and calling it a day, but every time I'd mention knocking noises or brake issues or anything else to them, they wouldn't address it at all so I had no idea if they thought it was an issue or didn't. Finally 5 years later, thank god their classic car guy left, because I took it over to a place in Decatur and all of the things I had been worried about, they found a reason, they gave me a full breakdown online of what they recommended and why, they answered all of my questions, and I could pay the invoice online and feel good about it. Update: As of 9:30 p.m., Jacob, the owner, repeatedly called and texted me after my review. He first falsely claimed I'd only visited once four years ago, then offered to pay me, which I refused. After that, he pulled up what he claimed were years of invoices that were not real, despite the fact that I have the original receipts for my own transactions. Even after I repeatedly told him to stop contacting me, he continued until I had to block his number. Based on both my experience and his behavior afterward, I would never recommend this business.

This IS the shop you're looking for! If interested, read on…read more.. I'm a BMW fanatic, currently on my 5th one. Have had lots of experience over the years from the dealerships down to the backyard mechanics. Finding a good, honest and affordable BMW mechanic has always been a challenge, and rarely do you find all of those qualities in one shop. Not any more... I bought a 2009 128i convertible for my daughter that had some known issues when I acquired it, most notably an electrical glitch and a leaky valve cover gasket that would drip onto the manifold and smoke pretty bad. I took it to a different shop that told me the electrical glitch could require replacing at least a control unit (ECM) and more, and could potentially be thousands of dollars. In fact, they seemed reluctant to tackle the job. They also gave me a quote on the gasket replacement, just over $1700. I knew that a lot of the quote was for unnecessary parts, not merely a valve cover seal. Tommy and team worked on the 128, replacing the valve gasket for only a few hundred dollars, ran diagnostics and a reset of the electrical system and put a full charge on the battery which seemed to fix the problem. He said we could throw expensive parts at it (ECM and CAS modules), or wait to see if problem recurs again. After a couple of weeks, still no issues with it! I am thoroughly satisfied with the work performed by Ultimate Motorwerks, and will absolutely rely on them down the road!

Mario's Auto Repair - Store front

Mario's Auto Repair

This review is in regards to Mario's Auto Repair located in Marietta, GA…read more I was experiencing an issue with my car with the check engine light and something with my suspension. I looked online and found this shop, read reviews and decided to go in person for at least a diagnostic repair for the check engine light. I arrived at Mario's repair shop and was greeted by a technician that did not speak English, he realized I didn't speak Spanish so went to get the owner, Mario (Who does speak very good English). I spoke with the owner, who's name is Mario in regards to my concerns with my car. This auto shop looks really busy but the owner will make every effort to accommodate you with the diagnostic times. I asked if he could take a look at that day and was told yes. I let him look at my car and we determined the reason for my check engine light being caused by O2 Sensor (Bank 1) being defective. When I say Mario had the best-looking equipment I have seen to do the diagnostic, believe me. He allowed me to see the reading from the diagnostic and advised me what needed to be repaired. I have a 2016 Nissan Altima S (Base Model). He recommended the following things to be completed on the vehicle immediately. The diagnostic fee was $50.00 (Cash or Debit card) which was way cheaper than the Nissan dealership. Results: Need to change out the 02 Sensor in order for check engine light to go off and pass emissions. Recommend to Replace All four Shocks, Sway Bar Link for the suspension I was hearing and feeling. He also took me on a test drive to make sure as well of the recommendation. When his team looked up under the hood, the technician noticed oil leaking from the engine. He immediately called me over to look myself at where the oil was coming from and recommended the Valve Cover Gasket to be replaced and was told that year make and model is known for that issue and could also catch fire if not repaired. It was also recommended that I replaced the inside cabin air filter and the under the hood air filter as well. He also recommended to have the brake release be adjusted and a front-end alignment for the suspension problem I was feeling. He was kind enough to show me all of the issues and provide me a quote of $1,500.00 for the parts and labor and could be done the same day if needed. Of course, in this economy, who has that kind of money to repair the vehicle same day, I didn't however Mario's provides in house financing that you can use to make the repairs as well, if YOU qualify. This shop uses a partnership to get you qualified for service, it's called "Snap Finance". I have used Snap Finance to do other things, they provide a 100 Day Same as Cash option for you, which has worked for me in the past so I agreed to allow him to do the work and use them again. Mario was even kind enough to drive me home, I live in the area of this location and was told he would contact me by end of day to come back to get the vehicle. This conversation took place on a Friday, 5/10/2024 to be exact around noon time so I knew in my mind, this car won't be able to picked up by end of day and he did have other cars in the shop that were being serviced. He did call me by the end of the day to advise me that I wouldn't be able to pick the car up because they were still working on the car (Which was completely fine with me as well). The next day Mario did call me and advise me that my car was ready for pickup. Now, I didn't have to pay anything until I picked up my car which a great option for me as well and would also show me my old parts and what completed as well. I arrived at the shop to Mario already taking my car on a test drive to make sure the issues were resolved as well. He then took me directly on the test drive as well. His motto is, do the drive right the first time and I can tell he stands by his auto repair shop guarantee. After the test ride, he allowed the technician to show me the defective parts and also what was completed with my own eyes. He also allowed the technician to show me the under-hood repairs as well before paying anything to his shop. He also provides a 1-year guarantee on parts and labor. I was very pleased with the staff and service here. I write this to say, * Would I recommend this Auto Repair shop? Yes, by all means. * Did the team provide great customer service? Yes, even in the language barrier situation. * Would I come back to let this shop work on my car again? That's a big yes, what auto repair shop takes care of its customers from the start of service to end of service. * Was the shop very communicative? Yes, kept me in the know of all the day to day steps for my car. * Did the shop provide financing options? Yes, even if you are on a budget and need someone to treat you like your voice matters, please go see Mario at Mario's Auto Repair. He's the best at his craft and you can tell he cares, weather you are a man or a woman. * Does this Auto Repair, provide a warranty period? Yes for 1 Year
