Ladies and gentlemen the reviews on Yelp and Google are all legit. This place is super legit and fixed up my Toyota Corrola in no time! So Lil ol me is at times a clumsy driver. My baby Carola had a previous scar from a side swipe in the rear quarter panel from a couple years ago. Then recently I backed my car into a parked Uhaul at 5 mph and somehow created a massive dent in my car and (not a scratch on the Uhaul BTW) I had to get it fixed. I went to good ol Yelp for quotes cause Yelp allows me to contact multiple businesses at once. Cars Compound came back with a solid quote and I looked at their reviews, all looked super legit. I went to get my car fixed. Zac gave me a solid quote in person, I agreed to it after some shopping around. There was a two week wait because ya'll are crazy and doing some post-pandemic wreckless driving. But alas, two weeks later I dropped my car off. Zac told me it might be a 4-5 day job. I had clients to see on Saturday and asked if they could fix it by Friday night. Zac said they'd try but no promises. Alas it is now Friday. I call, no answer. My anxiety is building. I call again, someone answers and tells me it's ready by 5pm. I said "Bet!" ran towards my gf almost tripped and fell because I was excited af about getting my baby Carola back. Dumb mistakes were made and I scraped my car door against concrete...while parking. Was unfamiliar with body shops in general since this was my first incident and was new to the Atlanta area. After visiting an "official, authorized collision center," Zack came out to consult the vehicle and offered a rate much lower than what the authorized center declared. As I was initially skeptical with their work, Zack told me they were I-CAR certified and even showed me the framed certificates of the technicians that he keeps in handy. The vehicle was to be in service for 10 days, but right when I was about to follow-up, Zack called me to tell the vehicle was ready, only after 5 days! The folks here are automobile M I R A C L E workers. Long story short, my car had a bunch of dents, dings, and body damage I'd never had the time to get fixed. It's cosmetic damage (main reason why it was never prioritized), but I finally decided it was time to stop pulling up with a car that looked like it got into a fight with Wolverine and lost. That, and I'd noticed it was rusting a little in some of the exposed areas - yikes. I sent out a bunch of quotes on Yelp and reached out to a few shops via e-mail, but Mohammed and his team were the quickest to respond (some folks were getting back to me after my car was already with CC!) with a quote, and by far had the lowest estimate. I dropped my car off on a Saturday morning, and they had it ready by Tuesday afternoon. I couldn't even tell where the damage used to be. In addition to working their magic on my sad sedan, they cleaned the outside of my car, and (embarrassingly), the interior of my car as well. If that's not going the extra mile, I don't know what is. Pick up was a breeze, and Wally was able to send me the breakdown of services via e-mail (and the total was exactly the same as the estimate). Took my car here as my rear window was broken into and they could fit me in quickly. Office manager was super nice but the guy that was handling my car was shockingly incompetent. Took much longer than anticipated and when I was told it was ready I showed up and the repair was horrible. I was incensed and demanded that they do it over. Got my car back and the trim around the window is still damaged. Long story short, these guys are the best of the best. I owe them big time. I took my car in because it was having an electrical problem where the car would drain overnight. I had been back and forth with Zack on yelp and he offered me a quote of $25 for the diagnostic and agreed that if they couldn't figure it out they wouldn't charge me. A price like that for electrical work is UNHEARD of. I take my car in and within a couple of days they call me saying they thought the problem was the camera I had installed directly to my fuse box. Everybody else charges $89 & up for headlight restoration. Not here! Fahad charges $49.00 just as advertised on their window. He didn't try to up-sell me on Shit that I didn't need. It was under an hour and they also do a quick inspection and make some recommendations but aren't pushy about it. The employees are VERY NICE here, couldn't have been nicer, and if you have a simple body work problem, I'm sure they will do a fine job. But, if you have a German car, like a VW, they are NOT familiar with those parts needed for even a simple job, like replacing the "under parts" of the Bumper. They were not familiar with parts named the "lower grille" or the "spoiler" that connects the lower grille to the splash guard for the undercarriage. They were prepared to replace the splash guard, which is an easy part to find, but that's it. When the problem wasn't the splash guard, but the part it connects to, they didn't know the part name or have a part supplier who could help them. Bottom line: for basic stuff, they will be fine, but if you need a specific part for a European car, even for a simple job, they likely won't be able to help you. I'm sure the other people who gave high reviews had basic jobs that most people have when going to a body shop. But keep looking if you have a European car and need a specific part. read more

My appointment was scheduled between 9-10, and he actually showed up at 2:30. The work was good, and the price was fair, but it wasn't great. Inside windows needed cleaning(there was still a film on them) outside mirror was not cleaned, areas around trunk weren't cleaned(he did mention he doesn't clean the trunk as he doesn't go in without owner's permission) I told him to please clean, and he vacuumed well, but leaves, dirt, and other debris was not cleaned around seal.
