Super great guys and very dialed into their jobs. The job itself took less than an hour. They even saved my car stickers!! :)

    A rock hit my windshield and cracked it. I reached out to H&A for a quote and they responded in…read moreminutes. I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.

    Quoted me 900$ for my windshield replacement took a cc on file set an appointment. After I dropped…read moreof my car I received a call that they ordered the wrong glass and it would be an extra 500$. They did discount labor costs only after I had complained. I received my car back with the heads up display not working and was told I'd have to come back tomorrow. Guess I'm missing more work. And to top it all off there was pollen all over my dash touch screen radio and gauges. ( I'm allergic to pollen) they couldn't even have used an air hose to blow it off after they worked. If you value your time,money, and any sort of quality Work take your car somewhere else. Update a week later still no progress my hud is dim in the day my whisper fluid was not plugged back in and the plastic housing that cases the sensors on my windshield is loose and rattling. Further update things are looking up spoke with the owner and she said she is going to speak with Genesis and see what happened. Further updates: my HUD IS FIXED it was a long journey to get here but my work has finally been completed. The glass they installed was defective so it's not their fault. If anyone deserves 5 stars it's Mike for staying cool call and collected while I was getting frustrated!!!! Pros: Taylor the front desk lady at the Marietta shop is so nice patient and amazing at her job!!!! The owner of this business is smart competent and will help you if there has been an issue!!!!

    This is a review of proper customer service when you don't get it right the first time. I had a…read morewindshield replaced on my 2000 Land Cruiser. The tech warned me before starting that on old cars, things like plastic molding may not survive the work. I accepted the risk, because my windshield was horrible and needed replacing. He removed some plastic molding around the windshield and told me he wasn't able to put it back because it was damaged. He did inform me that if I took the car in, they would cover the labor of putting in new molding (which is cosmetic - the windshield replacement was done). Well, when I took it in another tech looked at the work and very plainly said "this was done incorrectly and it's our fault the molding was damaged. We'll take care of it." Apparently the tech who did the windshield replacement had caused the damage to the molding by taking it off improperly. They ordered the parts and installed the new molding. So, while I was obviously not pleased with the damage from the initial install, I was impressed by their transparency and willingness to own up to the mistake and do the work to make it right. Too often, businesses will fight you and try to find ways not to honor their work. So, a tip of the hat to the team in Marietta.

After listening to his voicemail, I returned his call at 11:37 AM. I was only about five minutes away from my home at that point. However, he was upset that he had been unable to reach me earlier, despite the fact that my appointment window was scheduled for 12:00 PM-5:00 PM and he was attempting to arrive well before that window. When we spoke, he was rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me, making the interaction very uncomfortable. His tone and attitude were completely unnecessary given that I was still available within my scheduled appointment window. To be honest, even though I was in the process of cancelling, the job was still completed. I later spoke with Kendall, the manager, who was kind, professional, and took my concerns seriously. He stated that he would escalate the situation and even offered to have his boss reach out to me, which I greatly appreciate. The other manager Joe called as well and stated everything would be documented. I appreciate the swift response from him as well. However, Cliff's behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to or treated in that manner. I never want anyone else, especially another woman, to experience the level of disrespect I encountered during this interaction. Don't ever let this man be the technician calling your wife, girlfriend, daughter or any woman period for a service! See the picture below of the EXACT man who was so rude and disrespectful! BEWARE!!!!

    Terrible customer service and very unprofessional…read more The one star is coming from a very simple tenet in business: don't ignore your customers. The appointment I had was with an individual that was not very professional. I had an appointment for 10 AM on Saturday. I arrived promptly at 9:58 AM. Keep in mind that the text that they send out the day before says get there 15 minutes early. I purposely did NOT get there 15 minutes early because I read other reviews where customers had to wait. This was a good move on my part, because as expected, we had to wait even though I was there on time (slightly early actually). The garage where the shop is located was not even open. The craziest part is that the individual who was able to open the shop with sitting in his truck, the entire time sitting amongst cars that were pulling up, ready for their appointments. At around 10:02 AM he finally got out of his truck and opened his garage, I was very surprised that he was there the entire time actually parked in front of me and just waited in his car. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that there were people there for a 10 AM appointment and he hadn't even open the garage yet until after 10. Maybe he isn't aware that the instructions tell people to get there 15 min early, I don't know. Then he proceeded to service the customers that were there before us which is totally fine. But the reality is I did have a 10 AM appointment and I was on time and I was not acknowledged or spoken to the entire time, and they definitely saw me. On numerous occasions, they walked past me did not even say anything at all. Normal customer service is to say that they will be right with you or thank you for patience or something. There was absolutely NO acknowledgment whatsoever. He didn't stop to ask if we had an appointment or anything, he just walked past us and continued talking to the other customers. Also.. the bigger question is.. why did they double book? Assuming the other party also had a 10 AM appointment. If they didn't have an appt, this is even worse becuase they ignored the customers who actually made an appointment. Either way it is terrible customer service. So ultimately, I left. I refuse to give business to a company that does not respect my time, for them to see me and other customers, waiting and still stay in their truck and then on top of that for them to not even acknowledge me once they finally open, the shop is totally unacceptable. Also I was lingering around there for about 10-15 min hoping to be spoken to and then I thought to myself.. if they won't provide good customer service before getting my car, then they don't deserve to touch my car. I refuse to give them business. I will say that the person who scheduled my appointment Bridget was super nice when I spoke to her so maybe it would have been better if she was there but regardless they need to be held accountable for how appointments are on Saturdays.
