For years, my wife didn't have great experiences at the Toyota dealerships, so I asked the good guys at nearby Eurotech (that's where I take my Volkswagen; I highly recommend them if you have an Audi, Porsche, or VW) for a recommendation on a good indy mechanic for Toyotas. Brian Ettl, owner of Eurotech, told me about Eiffel's Place. The rest is history. My wife and I have been very happy and satisfied with every service received by Eiffel and his team over the years. If only our parents lived closer, we'd send them his way too. Eiffel is honest and reliable. He's a straight shooter, provides great service, and his rates are reasonable. I've been to some independent shops over the years that provide great service, but are dumps. Eiffel's Place not only provides great service, but it's clean and well-kept too. He has a little waiting area with a Keurig coffee machine and he provides complimentary Lexus loaners if you need one. Unlike some shops, tire rotations are included in the cost of Eiffel's regular service. For every service, he's emailed a comprehensive checklist of work items to be done. I really appreciate it and find it helpful. When it comes time to pay, his invoices are clear and complete with things like battery test results and wheel alignment reports. When I experienced engine problems with my 2000 Avalon, I was tempted to do the work myself. After consulting the shop manual, I realized that the repair job was beyond my capability. Eiffel's Place not only completed the repair at a fair price, but also did a diagnostic scan of the whole car. I found out that I had one tire in severe misalignment and a car battery that was failing. Two things I wouldn't have known if I had done the repair myself. Eiffel's Place corrected the misalignment at a fair price. (The battery was still under warranty from an auto parts store.) Best auto shop in Atlanta/Marietta area! Been taking my family's Honda and Toyota vehicles there for two decades. You talk directly to the owner (Eiffel Chin) when you drop off your car. Loaner vehicles are also available. No need to wait at the shop. Recently, I took my CR-V to a shop (that claims to be honest) for a brake check (this shop has Best of Cobb awards!). They told me that my front pads had 1mm left and my rear pads were at 3mm. They gave me all kinds of warnings about danger and the DOT red flags. They also told me that the rotors were warped and needed to be replaced - Cost $1200. I asked about resurfacing the rotors and was told that it was too dangerous. Last time I'll go there! Eiffel's shop reported that my front pads were at 3mm and rear were 7mm. He recommended replacing the front pads and resurfacing the rotors. Cost - $398. Eiffel's replaced my spark plugs, did a transmission fluid service, a coolant service, throttle body cleaning for $200 less than the "honest" shop estimate. On top of that they washed and vacuumed my CR-V, even put tire black on all four tires. Eiffel's Place is absolutely trustworthy. Most of all he will keep your vehicle running safely at a fair price. Notice the sad damage control reply. Like I would EVER have work done there after his horrid treatment? My attitude was calm and professional until I left and posted these 100% accurate comments! Same old stuff. He refused to look at it even a week later. And the previous repair center was in touch and NOT an issue with returning phone calls. Very far away now in Roswell with a dangerous car. They simply did not follow up with me after I gave them the part numbers. Eiffel was rude and arrogant and put me at risk. He would not even suggest another place I could take this. This guy only wants existing customers and easy maintenance like oil changes and brake pads. He has a cushy easy life 4 days a week with reliable Toyota and Lexus cars. He lives on hoping his aging customers live long enough for him to retire himself. Pathetic! The facts are clear! No new customers are welcome there! I had Eiffel service both my Hondas for over 10 years. They were always good to keep me informed and always provided me a loaner for as long as they had my car even if it was late in the day when they were done, they would let me take the loaner home and pick up my car in the AM. I've always appreciated how he would let me know when their was something urgent and when we could schedule y visit as it could wait. He is also good with other Asian brands but have had no experience with any European brands. These guys hands down are the best tire installers I've come across. Note: They specialize in Honda, Acura & Lexus, but will do any make for tires. Ordered a set of Continental dws 06 tires for my '13 Sonata before the "weather" settles in & these guys were a recommend installer. Called em' up & set appt date. Dropped car when it came time to install & they didn't run a shuttle back to my place. However, they did provide me with a loaner vehicle! I don't know of many privately owned shops that offer this, but I was highly impressed. Also had a brief wheel lock issue (lug key was missing on my original set) but I got a new set & they put those on no problem. Convenience, affordability & friendly service. About as good as it gets. I also called around and asked at least six other locations for prices and details about the procedure. Eiffel's Place is very trust worthy. They didn't try and push other services and were very honest about recommendations. I came back on another visit to get my brakes checked and again they were very honest with me. While other mechanic would have taken this opportunity to sell me something my car didn't need (since I'm not very car savvy) the mechanic broke it down for me and gave me options. I am so pleased to have found such a good, honest, efficient and helpful mechanic to take my Lexus RX350 for service! There are not enough stars to describe my experience there. I called late on Thursday, exactly one minute before they closed. They offered to work my car in for maintenance on Friday, even though they were short handed. I fully expected to use uber after dropping my car off, but Eiffel was so kind to offer a loaner, even though I didn't request it. I received a very detailed quote of the services that were recommended within an hour, and when I called to discuss further, I was helped immediately by a very kind, knowledgeable and not at all pushy gentleman who explained everything. Let me start off by stating I don't take time to write reviews. Therefore, you should realize how important I feel it is to leave a review for Eiffel's Place. I'm one of those guys who just trusts his dealerships to take care of his cars. However, being given a high rate for some regular maintenance (Timing Belt, Spark Plugs, Air Filters/Cabin Filters, etc) by my dealership I decided to do some research in the Atlanta area for repairs specifically for Acura vehicles. Needless to say, I noticed the reviews of Eiffel's Place and checked out their website. I emailed them what my dealership had said I needed solely based on mileage and asked Eiffel to give me a quote. I wrote the email late on Sunday night and immediately heard back first thing Monday morning. I am usually too busy to talk on the phone so I communicated with "Aaron" completely through email throughout Monday. He answered every question I had and included rates which all the other shops I contacted did not but one. After realizing Eiffel's prices and loaner car option was the best deal, I decided to set up an appointment with them for Friday the same week. I dropped off my vehicle first thing at 8am and Aaron was there to greet me. I told him all my concerns, he assured me that he would email me everything they find during their inspection before doing any work, handed me keys to a loaner car as promised with a full tank of gas and I was off to work. Within 3 HOURS I received a very detailed email from Aaron with all reports completed on my vehicle and what it truly needed to replace and what he "recommended". I couldn't believe how quickly they got back to me. I called just to be sure I understood everything put in the email and again Aaron took the time to explain everything out to me in detail. This is where I was very impressed... Aaron told me he would have everything on my vehicle finished that same day! I figured he would need at least 2 or 3 days to do all that I needed. I was crunched for time and 40 mins away on a Friday. I knew I probably wouldn't be there before 6pm when they close. Aaron told me that he would just do the work on my vehicle and contact me when it was ready for pick up and we can go from there. Keep in mind, he had not received ANY form of payment from me at this point. A little after 5pm I received another email stating my car was ready for pick. I knew that with traffic and the rainy weather, there was no way I was going to make it by 6pm. I finally arrive around 6:45pm, Aaron was in his office, by himself waiting on me to arrive with a smile on his face. I was rushing to get there and he stated he knew that traffic was going to be bad and that it was fine. I couldn't believe how calm he was, after all, it was a rainy Friday at almost 1 hour after closing! I felt horrible, but he was so cool about it! He showed me the paperwork with all the work completed on my vehicle and the final bill which was still lower than the quote I was given by my dealership PLUS, Aaron did a few more things to my vehicle that were needed that my dealership did not have on their list which means their quote would've been even higher! What AMAZING customer service! What an AMAZING first experience! If you drive a Honda, Acura, Lexus, hell probably any other make or model, take your vehicle to Eiffel's Place and ask for Aaron before thinking about going anywhere else! What they tell you they're going to do, they do. They don't do work you don't need. They don't bs you on the price. They don't stick you with an outrageous bill with all this "extra" stuff they added in like so many shops will do. They are legit. They truly earn their 5 star rating, by all their customers and I can see why so many people say to go to them. Add me to that list...AND GO TO THEM!!! 4/9/2019, brought my Honda Pilot in for a front wheel alignment because of new purchased tires from Costco. Costco provides a 15% price reduction on select service centers, like Eiffel's. Made an advanced appointment and was provided a loaner vehicle. Within a short time, I was informed my vehicle front tires was properly aligned and did not need servicing. The local Honda dealership was going to charge for an alignment, which turns out I didn't need. Eiffel's provided a written safety check evaluation. I showed up at 8am and they had them mounted, balanced, aligned and an oil change done and ready to go by noon. I have brought my car to many mechanics in Atlanta over the last 17 years, in Midtown, Buckhead, East Cobb, Canton and Marietta and Eiffel's Place was BY far the most thorough! My sister's family has been using him for years but I called him up on a whim when I found out I needed a new alternator for my 2002 Honda. Not only was he competitively priced with the other quotes I received, but he also offers a pristinely clean loaner car for the day (when available). I was told before I left that they would run a full diagnostic on the car to make sure it was in fact my alternator and look at anything else. Within an hour or so- I received an email (and a text letting me know I had an email) with a comprehensive list of things that they found "wrong" with the car.(Apparently they do this EVERY time you bring your car there- even for just an oil change- WOW!) If you don't get your car serviced regularly- it might at first seem overwhelming- but I already knew about 90% of the issues that I have chosen to put off fixing due to cost. But they found some major safety issues that my regular guys who I have been going to for 4 years religiously, never found (or looked for). He let's you know about everything that's "broken"- not to try and rake you over the coals- but to make you an informed consumer so that you can make an educated decision about what you want to fix and what you don't. I told him I was only concerned about anything that was a safety issue and he gave me his recommendation on what needed to be attended to as soon as my budget allows. Eiffel is the best!! My dad & I have been going to him for almost 15 years and his service exceeds our expectations every time! If you can't wait for your car because of work, etc. He'll give you a nice & clean loaner car to use for the day, or however long it takes them to fix your vehicle. I've never had a car there for over 2 days. Eiffel & his team are quick to send you a summary of repairs, via e-mail, and they utilize convenient text messaging to let you know when your car is ready for pick up. If you need to call them they always promptly answer the phone. I also like the fact that they have an overnight drop box complete with service request envelopes & pens to fill them out. My car wouldn't start while I was at the store yesterday (a Sunday) and I asked the tow driver to deliver it to Eiffel's Place. HONEST and SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY! My RX350 had a steering gasket leak and my car just went out of warranty. So, the dealership told me it was going to cost $1500. Eiffel beat that price by $400, but here is the catch.... Instead of booking me for a repair, Eiffel told me to go back to the dealership and told me how to speak with the management to get this car repaired under the expired warranty. IT WORKED. This is the place to go for Japanese car repair. There was no shadiness or nonsense that you sometimes get with independent mechanics. They are fast and accurate in diagnosing and fixing problems. I took my car in to get the A/C fixed and I also thought I had a brake problem, but it was actually a wheel bearing that was making the squeaking noise and they didn't try to replace the brakes anyway.
