I believe in supporting our local businesses. So I dropped off our 2012 Bentley three weeks ago at this local business to fix the damage on the passenger side rear door that occurred while parked. I am now waiting to see how Driven Collision will handle the repairs. Driven Collision has disassembled my vehicle and has yet to decide if they will fix it based on my insurance company's reevaluation of Driven Collision's estimate. I drive a 2022 Porsche Cayenne...Carmine Red. It's a beautiful car. Over time it has gotten a few (not beautiful!) paint chips. The primer and metal were visible. Where I live in Peachtree City the Auto Body Shops I visited basically wanted nothing to do with any attempted repairs, told me that nothing could be done or said they did not work on Porsches...very discouraging. These shops had no passion or respect for beautiful cars. Enter Driven Collision...it's 45 miles away but well worth the travel and time. I arrived at 7:30 AM on a dark cold morning and even though they were still not open there was a lot of activity (a good sign) and they let me inside. I met Alan the owner and he assured me that he would do his best to perform the repairs. Alan communicated with precision and is well versed on all aspects of paint repair. He did as he promised and the chips are not noticeable. The paint, clear coat and finishing techniques he performed are second to none. The car looks fantastic! An excellent body shop. This is my second time using Driven. After my first repair in 2019 they were the only shop I wanted to fix my new car. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic bodyshops are booked with extremely long waiting lists. My car was still drivable so I didn't mind the one month wait time because to me it was definitely worth it. They make sure everything is perfect. Pedro kept me informed every step of the way and the ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful as well. From booking my rental to answering my silly insurance questions. What was important to me, even though they repair a lot of super high end cars you get the same treatment regardless of the car you bring them. This place jacks up rates exponentially and gets mad when you take your car to someone else to get a second opinion and then try to charge you for your estimate they gave you because they were mad that you didn't leave it with them! I took my car to Classic Collision instead and Classic's cost was $30,000 less! Original cost from Driven was close to $50,000 to fix the car and Classic was $21,000! I also took a Ferrari I had to them roughly 10 years ago and same thing! $16,000 more than Classic was. Needless to say there will NOT be a third time! I can't stand anything more than crooks! They are 100% the reason why collision centers have a bad name! Shame on you Driven Collision! Everyone give Classic Collision a try! read more

Very bad experience with timeframe of repairs to my vehicle. The damage to my car was mainly on the rear passenger door where a deer had run into my car. Not major damage. I dropped my car off on 3/20/2024 and just now received my car back today on 5/9/2024. There were 4 supplemental claims made for new repairs and parts which created the delays. I can understand one or two additional repair changes but four starts to look dishonest or shows incompetence. I also found out from my claims adjuster that the car sat in their compound for two weeks before repairs started. I specifically mentioned that I didn't have rental coverage and wanted to bring my car in when they were ready to start the repairs. Obviously, this was not a concern of Driven Collision. I would not recommend using this body shop unless you don't mind being without your car for couple months. read more

A drunk girl crashed into my 2020 Tesla X parked in a parking lot. $21k of damages. I took it to Driven Collision to repair it. THE GOOD: Their work looks flawless. Car went from an accordion to brand new looking. Doors open and close like before the crash. Everything seems to be working well so far. They matched the paint and shine perfectly. THE BAD: They aren't the best at estimating repair time. If you bring it to them expect them to take longer than they estimate for you. read more

Driven Collision does excellent work. I took my car in for several issues and they made my 2015 Model S look like it was straight from the factory. I've received several compliments about the finish from friends and neighbors. The attention to quality in blending the body panels is outstanding. While there was a long lead time due to Tesla parts delays, Driven went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. We've had 3 different experiences with Driven Collision over the past 2 years with our Tesla's. On all 3 occasions we were very happy with the outcome. First was a total loss on a 2018 Tesla Model 3, Driven Collision worked with the insurance company and the end result was the car was a total loss. Second and third were minor front bumper damage. Updated reply to owner: Everything I stated are facts in this review, and you know it. I didn't even realize that the paint was two different colors until, I took my car to (2 different body shops and mercedes benz collision dept)! Also, when I picked my car up it WAS NOT VIBRATING nor making noise until Pedro drove it. The day I was suppose to drop my car off, I did hit a pothole. I took it to mercedes immediately to get a new tire, had it realigned, and balanced. My car WAS NOT VIBRATING WHEN, I picked it up from mercedes, when I dropped it off to driven collision, nor when I picked it up the day (my car was ready). I also came up there twice before, and there was no issues with how my car was driving until the third time Pedro drove my car. I took my car to mercedes benz the next day, and it was not the (weights on my tires) neither that you showed me. I don't know what pedro did, but it was knocked BACK OUT OF ALIGNMENT. You also have a (HUGE POTHOLE) in the back of your shop where the entrance is located. I always drove to the front of the shop, and Pedro did take my car to the back. The lightbulbs, and fender WHERE NOT LIKE THAT BEFORE YOUR COMPANY FIXED MY CAR! I looked at my previous pictures of my car before driven collision touched it, and mercedes even stated NONE OF THAT WAS LIKE THAT PRIOR. The pictures show proof that my car was assembled incorrectly, and horribly. So the pictures of my car are lying now? I think not. I bought my car brand new and had it built in germany. There where NO IMPERFECTIONS, the front lightbulbs where placed in perfectly, my right fender was not uneven nor high from the hood, and my fenders where aligned perfectly with NO GAPS. You and Pedro kept telling me that every single thing was like that from the factory to get out of fixing it correctly. Mercedes even parked another car exactly like mines next to mines. We looked at every single thing, and guess what? My car was NOT LIKE WHAT IS IT LIKE RIGHT NOW. On top of that, I have more pictures of my car when I first bought it. Guess what? My car was perfect and your company didn't do anything right when you supposedly fixed it. There is so much stuff messed up on my car, and it is horrible that your body shop did this to my car. 3 different body shops DID NOT LIE, and showed me every single thing driven collision did wrong to my vehicle. I thought that the car was at least painted correctly not knowing anything about auto repair until 3 different body shops thoroughly looked at my car. You're talking about the insurance company didn't cover blending my car? When they paid you over $6,100 to fix it, and you can clearly see IN THE SUNLIGHT OUTSIDE that my car is two different colors. Which I didn't SEE MYSELF UNTIL IT WAS POINTED OUT TO ME. You never sent me the videos, and I DID NOT DECLINE RECEIVING THE VIDEOS ON THOSE SO CALLED 4K CAMERAS AT YOUR BODY SHOP. On top of that you talked crazy to me, was disrespectful, and Pedro gave me a nasty attitude everytime I brought my car up there. Even when you where suppose to fix the hood and fender that is to high on the right side. You moved my hood and both fenders further apart which made a bigger gap. Nothing you can say can ever justify the horrible auto body work your company did to my car. That is why, I posted pictures everywhere online so you couldn't LIE like you're trying to do now. You lied to me when, I first talked to you telling me that my entire car had to be taken apart. So it can be fixed back to the factory state that it WAS IN. Your company not only made my car look worse, but messed up the entire front end of my car. You gave me a lifetime warranty document for my car, and got mad everytime I had you guys fixed what you messed up. All you had to do was FIX MY CAR CORRECTLY, and not just throw it back together. I received my car back NOT IN IT'S FACTORY STATE, and on top of that you being the owner disrespected me in the worse way. read more

These guys are great! I needed minor repair on my Jeep that had damage from an errant community gate arm that bounced down the back of the roof. Tal (I believe was his name) greeted me at the door and was truly friendly and energetic about seeing what was wrong with my car and what he could do to fix it. He called his detail guy over to take a quick peek and then if I asked if I had a few minutes to see if they could look at it further in the garage. I wish I could give Driven Collision 10 stars. They certainly are worth it. To make a very long story short, they took our Tesla in for body work when no one else would - not even the Tesla body shop. Our car was in what was advertised as a certified Tesla shop; however, they actually weren't and we only found out when they disassembled our Tesla and couldn't repair it. After several calls with Driven, who is a Tesla certified shop, they agreed to take our car and repair it. They were very up front that it would be at least 4 to 6 weeks before they could get it in the repair rotation. They also promised updates twice a week. Driven Collision was fantastic. Not only did they get our car in sooner than anticipated, they also were extremely communicative throughout the whole process. We received updates several times a week, and everyone there was professional and friendly. When they called to advise our car was completed, it was perfect. The car looked as good as new! It was detailed - clean and shiny - with zero evidence of any repairs. I cannot thank Driven Collision enough for making this nightmare right. My wife and I have unfortunately needed auto repair three times in the past year, but I'm grateful that I was referred to the guys at Driven Collision (originally by Fastlane Auto - who I also highly recommend). Allen and Tal have taken great care of me, regularly keeping me up to date on the repair status and doing the arduous and tiresome work of dealing with insurance companies to make sure that the necessary repairs are completed in full. If that's all they did, that'd be pretty good, but the work is impeccable and nothing is left undone. Every time I've picked up my cars, I've never had a single complaint or concern about the repairs or the parts used. I've just driven off with full confidence, which is harder and harder to come by in the service field. And that's why I keep going back to them.
