It was also a great advantage that they had special rates with the local rental agency since my insurance did not pay for the rental saving me a few bucks. The communication was excellent, Ashley kept me in the loop of the progress on the repair, informed me when delays were happening and why via texts and phone calls. The information were detailed and accurate. The repairs were done within the time frame given to me. The payment (my deductible) was due upon the repair being completely finished. In other words, I did not spend a dime until the repairs were done. A full detailed final bill was given to me. A walk to examine the repairs were done. Ashley answered all the questions I had before giving me the key. I did not even had to drive back the rental to the rental agency since they will be taking care of it themselves. I am absolutely content and completely satisfied with the services provided by this Gerber location and want to point out Ashley as one of their star employee .

He kept me up to date on the day to day repairs my car had, as well as made sure I was taken care of with the rental company and if I had any questions or needed any assistance. This was the best experience i've ever had with an autobody shop! By the time my car was finished, it looked brand new and drove brand new as well. I've seriously never been so excited to see my car and drive it. You can't even tell now that my car was ever in a wreck, the work done on it is next level.

I put off writing this review because I was hoping they would make things right. My overall…read moreexperience with Classic Collision in Kennesaw was not ideal. In late June, I clipped a deer while in KY. Fortunately, the damage was relatively minor (busted blinker, dent in front fender, busted windshield). The first red flag should have been that they scheduled me to bring in the vehicle on July 5 when they were closed. I made a new appointment for July 8. At that time, the service agent told me it would take until July 31 (minimum) to have it repaired. I explained that wouldn't work for me since I had to pay for a rental (don't ask -- agent made an error). Initially, I wanted to leave with my vehicle and find someone else, but the service agent told me that it was unlikely I would find anyone who would do it sooner and they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Reluctantly, I left it. At first, I was encouraged when I received a text 2 days later that said they were working on it. Then I received a text saying it would be ready the following Wednesday. That was great since it was only a week. Except it wasn't. And it wasn't ready for 2 more weeks. Ultimately, it was there for 21+ days. Apparently, the body work was pretty minor and was done within 4 days. It took the rest of the time to replace the windshield. The first one they ordered (aftermarket) would not calibrate despite multiple tries. The second one wasn't in a box (?!?!). Finally, they got the third one in and I was finally able to pick it up. Btw, during the 3 weeks it took for the repairs, it became increasingly difficult to get updates. Twice I physically went to the repair shop after not receiving callbacks. At one point, I made up an excuse to get something out of my vehicle to make sure it was actually there. Additionally, although I reached out to the GM via email 3 times, I never received an acknowledgement. I'm positive I sent my emails to the correct address because I asked for his card at the shop and they did not bounce back. In case you thought that was it though, it was not. A week after I picked it up, the lane assist etc. stopped working. After doing a little research, I discovered it was most likely due to a problem with the windshield calibration. I called the service agent and made an appointment for a few days later. I was told that I had to be there at a certain time because they use a mobile glass guy (one of the reasons the original replacement took so long) or it would not be fixed. On the day of the appointment, I left work 4 hours early and arrived 15 minutes early. There was just one problem. The service agent didn't tell the mobile glass guy I was going to be there and he was also not there. Fortunately, they were able to get the glass guy to stop what he was doing and come to the shop. While I was getting that done, I pointed out that the molding over the fender that had been replaced had already started popping out. It was at this point, I also found out that it was an aftermarket replacement and sometimes they don't quite line up. I was assured that a replacement would be ordered. However, to this date, I have not been contacted. And, I am now having a problem with another piece of the molding (bottom of door) also coming loose. I will attempt to contact them once more. However, I am quite over it. I selected this place because I had read good reviews online and we all know that people usually only leave reviews when they are bad. To say that I'm disappointed in the service I received and quality of work performed would be an understatement at this point. The Jeep Renegade

Their ability to offer the best service and professionalism was exceptional. We were greeted by them and accomplished our issues with such attentiveness I would recommend them without any hesitation. We have researched other options and repair shops but hands down, they blow their competition away. The body work was perfect and the cost was incredibly lower than originally expected. I highly suggest you go there to experience what businesses should be.

I'm leaving this review to warn others before they waste their money like I did…read more I came here for an emissions-related catalytic converter issue. Multiple places -- Firestone, Pep Boys (two locations), AutoZone, and an actual emissions test -- all showed the same code: P0420 (Bank 1). This shop was the only place that suddenly claimed the issue was P0430 (Bank 2). Mike quoted me $1,200 for labor and parts and told me he'd call me. He finished the car in about 3 hours, which I initially thought was great -- until my check engine light came back on immediately on the drive home. Despite me clearly explaining that every other shop found P0420, he insisted his diagnostics "didn't show it" and said he could "get the light off" so I could pass emissions. He never showed me printed diagnostics or paperwork proving any of this. Here's the worst part: I didn't even end up getting the second converter done at this location, yet I still walked away out over $2,000 -- and my car STILL has a check engine light on. So I paid thousands, didn't get the full work done, and didn't pass emissions. Mike seems like a nice person, but this felt misleading at best and dishonest at worst. What was supposed to be a $1,200 repair turned into a $2,200 nightmare right before the holidays. This place may seem cheaper upfront, but it will cost you more in the long run -- financially and mentally. If you're reading this: walk away and take your car somewhere else.

Other shops didn't even want to do the work because of the type of brake pads and rotors my car has. If they did it was extremely priced. They work with me and my whole family and friends trust them with our vehicles. Thank you for the great service!
