Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! The Worst of the Worst shop to ever take your Jeep. My son took his Jeep there to get his rear main…read moreseal replaced. Well the owner Rob said that it needed rotors and brakes on all 4 wheels. So we wanted 2 weeks to get his Jeep back and paid $2500, only to get a Jeep back with the rear main seal still leaking and a grinding noise coming from the right front rotor. When we brought the Jeep back and showed him the leak he became belligerent and cursed me out because he said he did the work and didn't care if it was leaking because he could have received a bad seal and its not his fault. What a joke this shop is. Look at the other reviews that tell the story of the poor work they do and then he blames it on his health issues or no good staff to work on vehicles. When my son showed me the receipt, I noticed he ripped me off and charged me an additional $200 for parts not even on my son's Jeep. We had to dispute the charges and send pictures of the leaking seal to prove he didn't do the job correctly and didn't know what they were doing. Now I'm going to take my son's Jeep to a Napa Authorized Shop and have them look over everything he says he did and if they say those parts used weren't what he charged me for or aren't even on the Jeep, I'll be seeing Rob in court. My next stop is the BBB to file a complaint. No one should be scammed or taken advantage of and charged for work or parts not received. Beware and read other reviews! DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!

He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol.
