I was referred to Select Luxury Cars by Butler Tire. I was referred to this shop because I brought my car into another shop (Rocco's Garage, Sandy Plains Rd) and was hit with an almost $7,000 bill for issues with my car where some didn't exist or that the other shop created. I originally took my Carrera in for a 100,000 mile maintenance check. (Oil change) Chad, at Select Luxury, took my car and had the mechanics look it over to see what was really wrong with the car. After the inspection my bill went down to $1,600. I appreciate the honesty and considerate way they took care of my car and me. Being a woman, I felt totally taken advantage of at the other shop; but not at Select Luxury. At Select I was treated in a respectful way. Even though this shop is not near where I live, I will most certainly make the drive whenever I need my car looked at and so should you. Took my 21 Landcruiser to have a set of UCA's installed. When I arrived I was quickly checked in and they brought my truck into the shop shortly after. The tech. Was very knowledgeable and the parts installed quickly. Will go back with any new items that need installed. read more

Friday I took my car in for an alignment and oil change then traction control lights came on that evening which was concerning. The next Monday, I took my vehicle back because the alignment was not correct and the warning lights remained on. These issues were blamed on a missing engine mount bolt, which I do appreciate them noticing (although this has caused no issues in 2 years). I then took my vehicle back that Thursday and the bolts were installed and the alignment was somewhat corrected, but I was told the warning lights were on because the steering angle sensor needed to be replaced (a $1300 service estimate). I returned home and did some research on this issue. Within 30 minutes, I found that the steering angle sensor needed to be reset which is a common problem after alignments. I fixed this issue on my own without a $1300 repair which was completely unnecessary. Update 10/11/18 - I was contacted by the business and they informed me that things have been addressed and that this information didn't fall on deaf ears. I brought my car here to get an oil change. They recommended I perform some additional maintenance on the car, which I approved. The next morning my check engine light was on. I took the car back to them, they fixed it and I was on my way. This happened again the next two mornings. After the 4th visit to the shop, they finally fixed the problem and the car has been fine since (I paid $30 extra dollars for a part, no labor). Other than having to come back three extra times for a problem I didn't have when I went there, I like this shop. The waiting area is nice and clean, the staff and mechanics are polite and take the time to explain everything and answer questions, and the prices are lower than what the dealer charges. Overall I was satisfied with the service I received and the manner in which my issue was resolved, but because I had to come back so many times, I am giving them three stars. I do think I'll be back when I need maintenance in the future though. As I said, the prices are reasonable. read more

Select Luxury Service was awesome! I wanted to get the brake pads replaced on my '07 AM V8V. First the service manager spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, listening to the problems I was having and what I wanted to do; he offered a number of great suggestions (he suggested treating the pads with a non-squeak compound prior to installing for example, which I had not thought of). We agreed that I would buy my own pads (because they didn't stock the ones I wanted) and then call them back. As soon as the pads were delivered (a Thursday) I called back and got a Monday appointment. The car was in and out in 90 minutes, and has been flawless since then. While the work was being done, they showed me around the shop -- the service area was immaculate! And they had some absolutely awesome cars up on the racks. If you have a luxury car (AM, Bentley, MB, BMW, Porsche, etc), you need to check these guys out for you service needs. read more

Brian and his team are top notch experts in high performance luxury cars. Their customer service is excellent. They treat you like family and take care of you in a very efficient manner. Had a PPI done there and Brian made some recommendations. I will definitely be taking my car here to be serviced and know that they will take care of me like family. Okay. So here is update to my last review. Only stating facts. Almost immediately after getting my car back after having the work performed, it began leaking oil. (Not certain of how soon, bc I drive my work vehicle throughout the week, but after driving my audi for the first time, I returned home and found oil in my garage where my car had been parked all week) My car had never leaked oil up to this point. So, I decided I would take it back in and have them look at it. I took it in on a Saturday, but unfortunately they were closed. I rarely drive the car throughout the week, so wasn't in a major to get it back in. I made sure when I did drive it, that the oil level was properly filled. So, one evening after work I was driving, and my oil light started flashing (never happened before) I pulled over, engulfed in a cloud of white smoke. After checking the oil level realized it was still full and not low. Totally confused, I left the car in a parking lot and caught a can home. The next morning, I call SLS and explained what had happened and they were very helpful. Gave me the name of the towing service they use so I could have the car towed back and they could tell me what happened. I received a call legs following day and was told my oil pump had failed which resulted in an internal engine failure and the engine needed to be replaced. $3500 cost. (Read my previous review of prior visit) I had to pay $165.00 to get the car from them so I could sell the car as a salvage project. That's the end of the story. read more

My boyfriend took my car in for an inspection. I had an 8 am appointment and the car wasn't taken back until after 10. He was told at around 9 that everyone was in a meeting, and if he had known he would just be waiting for two hours he would have found something else to do in the mean time. That being said, he thought the rest of the experience was good and recommended I return for future service. read more

My maintenance package recently ran out on my BMW 535 so now it's on my own dime. I took it into the dealership to be serviced and they were charging astronomical prices for what I know I can get cheaper elsewhere. I ran across Select Luxury Service and decided to give them a try. Their prices are extremely low compared to BMW dealerships and customer service was top notch. The only reason I did not give them a complete five is because after the service there were finger prints all over my door and I'm really particular about that. Very minor issue indeed! I would definitely recommend SLS for all of your luxury car service. Oh and the facilities was very comfortable as I waited on my vehicle. ;-) read more

Select Luxury Service is great! I used to exclusively use dealers for service with my two Porsches; however, I am not so glad I found Select. They are more convenient, more affordable, and just as competent. read more
