Working with Chris to get things going was so helpful he listens to what ya have going on and is very detailed. Greg (the owner) is articulate and hands on. Brought my Land Rover '04 D2 in and they took the time to determine what faults needed attention. It's now a proper Land Rover with no issues. I highly recommend Epic for your European car needs. read more

Epic Automotive Service - My '04 Land Rover Discovery - Auto Repair Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

Reliable and trustworthy family-owned auto service. Friendly and responsive. Very professional and offers a large waiting area with media accessibility. Children friendly too. Moms can relax while waiting, and the owner, Greg, is always courteous and helpful in addressing questions, unlike a lot of dealers that treat women like idiots. Note: Those leaving negative comments don't specify the actual reasoning for their dissatisfaction. A car brought in after having another person attempting to fix it only making matters worse is not the problem of the next repair service. It's only common sense that if a business receives so many excellent reviews, the few negative ones surely must have special concerns that may have nothing to do with the service rendered. read more

Greg the owner now has Greg the office Manager running the front end. Both are knowledgeable and provide honest feedback. Now that my Audi is getting up there in miles I don't worry about leaving the "stealership" when I need service. I like the fact that they will help you even if you don't end up using them. That's integrity in the service that they provide. They probably aren't the least expensive hourly rate but I've never had to go back for poor quality work. read more

I have a 12 year old Mini and, needless to say, stuff is starting to fail. I have used Epic for regular oil changes as well as the parts that have failed. So far they have replaced or repaired the brakes, rotors, parts of the fuel system, and most recently an undersized battery that was installed by a certain auto club 3 years ago. Epic knew the proper battery size and installed it along with reprogramming the onboard computer. Saved me from having to buy a new alternator and then found the root cause for other issues being the FTM. They saved me over $600 by reprogramming the FTM and everything works like normal. Greg , the owner, is very patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. While I can fix some things, I know my limits and I know when I turn it over to Greg I am giving my car to a knowledgeable professional. Chris is very patient and knowledgeable at the desk. He is willing to answer my questions when ever I call and puts the answers is plain English. I highly recommend Epic Automotive. Great people and see professional work. read more

I would not recommend Epic Automotive. After spending $5,000 my car was still not fixed correctly.

I LOVE my car! Nod was great to deal with. I've taken five 7-8 hour trips with my 2012 Audi and no problems. The car was beautiful when I got it, cleaned and detailed. The buying experience could not have been easier. I would recommend Epic to anyone looking for a quality used car. read more

The owner, Greg, is brilliant and very courteous of his customers. Very grateful for his service!

I have brought my BMW to Epic Auto twice now and both times I have been extremely pleased with the service, work and price. Initially I had brought my car to Global Imports and was told it would cost $400 to fix my sunroof and $600 to replace my bushings. Greg did the sunroof for $175 and informed me that my bushings were in great shape and didn't need any work done on them. This past week I had to have all of my brakes done. Greg did it for almost $900 LESS than what Global wanted to charge. There were other issues with the vehicle and Greg did a great job of explaining each issue and discussing the options for each. In a world where us non-mechanics really have no idea what's going on under the hood I feel I can trust Greg to make the right call on the problem and get the job done at fair price. Hopefully I won't need any work done for a while but if I do I'm going to Epic for sure! read more

I took my 2011 BMW 335 to Epic Automotive on the recommendation of a friend. I owe that friend a few cases of beer. Greg and his team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Their rates are incredibly reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything the car didn't need. Greg has a true passion for what he does which is an amazing thing to find in a car tech. I will definitely be returning for any future BMW needs even though it's a well out of my way to get there. read more

Good work. Reasonable price. Nice folk. I had a fairly expensive repair. A month after I discovered a minor issue...at least partly my own fault...they got the car in straight away and set things right. I am happy. read more

So much better than the dealer. Quick, honest, and good. You can most certainly trust your car in their hands.

I have used this company several times. I try to be fair but I feel like Greg the owner is only interested in money and nothing else. He makes excuses when his diagnosis is incorrect. For example after spending over five thousand dollars with this company on a previous repair, I took a 2008 BMW to him to see what the problem was. He just put his scanner on the car and stated that I need an engine and charged me $108.00. Turns out that I didn't need an engine. I drove the vehicle to Epic and advised him of such and stated that his diagnosis was incorrect and he owed me a refund. He stated "A doctor doesn't check out a car for free" He never admitted that he possibly made a mistake. I have spent over 10k with Epic and its apparent that he just doesn't care. I also own a repair shop and this is not how I treat my customers. I have other examples that I also could provide but time doesn't allow. Hopefully he will change how he does business or the market or his customer base will diminish. My advice would be to be very careful with Greg because he will give you one price and often than not that price will change. At lease that was the case with me. He uses technical terms and words that sounds good but in my view its all smoke and mirrors to run up the cost or merely to make excuses as to why the problem isn't resolved that results into a higher cost. read more

Greg sure took a weight off my shoulders by showing me how to re-insert my convertible sliding plate. Really appreciate that.

I was just reading another persons review and it is exactly what I was thinking: Great customer service. He explained what he was going to do so I felt comfortable with leaving my car. I had received a recommendation from IQ Auto sales (which I also highly recommend) so I thought I would give them a try. Wow was I impressed. Much better customer service than what I had with the BMW Corporate type service center. I had given him a list of things to check and several of them were ok and didn't need repair. So compared to the other guys I saved several $100 dollars. Nice place to wait. Clean big room with tables, tv and free wi-fi, even some kids toys. read more

My 328i was having computer issues. I was quoted $1200 elsewhere and quoted about $600 here, Greg was able to find a simple solution and I'm leaving with my car as good as new for under $200. I will never take my car anywhere else ever again! Words cant even describe my happiness with this team. Honest, reasonable, fast and friendly. Thanks Epic Auto! read more

Great place awsome experience clean work. Fast turn around on getting my car back. Walked me through the car and showed me his work. Thank you Epic automotive. read more

Came in today with a concern about leaking coolant from my 2011 528i. Greg took the time to come out from the shop, take a look at the car and diagnose what he believed to be a non-issue. I appreciated him giving me 10 minutes of his time, free of charge, when he didn't feel there was a need to do a full diagnostic. I will most definitely be back when I am in need of service. read more

I have been to this auto shop several times, they are very honest and will provide you with excellent service. I highly recommend them!

Bought a car and had Greg do the inspection (I'm located in Michigan). Greg had very competitive rates but provided a service that exceeded all other pre-purchase inspections I have had. He spoke with me for 30 minutes prior truly understanding my needs, spent a good amount of time with the car, and spoke for an hour after detailing all aspects. I even had an issue come up after purchasing the car that wasn't related to Greg, but he helped me out by giving me advice and even locating the part. He's very knowledgable, responsive, and pleasant to work with. I do most of my work myself, but if I was local, I would definitely take my car to him for things I would normally do myself. Highly recommended. read more

Epic automotive has been my top choice repair shop for a good bit of time now. I started going while I was driving my CLK and have been hooked every since! They have Phenomenal customer service and work that exceeds the standards of all others. I recently purchased a used 2004 BMW 330ci that's has been quite problematic (bad dealership-next time I will as I suggest you pay for the used vehicle inspection offered by Epic) I took my car in to epic and within a hour I would say he meticulously inspected my car and found the culprits that were causing so many issues. I picked my car up the next day and WOW!!!!!! It didn't run this amazing even when I bought it!!! All of the repairs my car needed were performed with perfection and all of the headache of dealing with a warranty company was handled!! Epic automotive is the ONLY shop I trust and have complete confidence in. read more

Great quality, customer service, and value! read more

I took my car there a month ago to have my brakes done. I had new front brakes and disc drum replace with other fixtures. A month later my front brakes fail. I can't drive my car, now I have to pay another arm and leg at another BMW mechanic. I am so disappointed. Won't ever visit. I feel cheated by Epic read more
