So much water was present, that it leaked to the back passenger side, also presenting mold on that floor mat. Brad took his time & extra care to detail both the inside & outside, as well as provide o-zone treatment to treat the air post-mold. You can't even tell the floor mats or the floor had any mold on them at all, Brad did that amazing of a job! & he added that he would come back to treat again if the mold were to present itself. The PPF I inherited when I bought the car wasn't quite perfect after a couple of years of wear, but they did an amazing job getting it as good as possible without having to replace it yet. When it's time to get the PPF replaced, I'll definitely be back here. I'm a pretty OCD guy when it comes to my car, and these are the only guys around that I'd trust to take care of this car.

I should have written this soon as I've been told this location has issues. I had to make a couple trips as the PPE came off on the mirrors and they were out of taillight tint the first visit. After about a month the taillight tint peeled off because they applied it during a rain storm and it did not adhere. That was a waste of $150 and more as I ordered tint and did it myself. The worst part is once the weather cleared and I was able to detail the car myself. I noticed that the wheels and the lower trim had permanent swirl marks in dirt. Apparently they didn't clean the wheels or the lower areas before applying the ceramic coating.. Now it won't come off. I asked for a refund, but after responding with details I was ignored by the owner.

When he finally got there, we agreed that I would leave my truck with him on Friday and that I would pick it up on Saturday afternoon which would give him enough time to apply the ceramic coating on my vehicle. So the next day, despite me not being able to get a hold of him I decided to go ahead and take an Uber for the 45 min drive to get my truck back. Right before I arrived he finally responded and he unbelievably told me to stop calling so much! Really!? As the Uber dropped me off I was stunned to see that my truck had not moved from where I parked it the day before and that no work had been done! I ended up having to wait outside for over 45 minutes until he got back to give me my key fob. He then tried to say he texted me to let me know that he didn't have a certain towel that was needed for the process and that he needed me to leave my Jeep with him for another day or so haha. I don't have two vehicles, so unfortunately I couldn't do that not to mention that I spent over 100 bucks on Uber and lost hours of my time that I can get back. To his credit, he did offer to pay for the Uber charges IF I came back another day to get the ceramic done, but I told him that has proven to be so unreliable that I simply good good couldn't risk it. In short, despite their high ratings....stay away from this place because it's apparently being run by some kid who has no concept of ethics, time management, or any business sense whatsoever from what I can see.

Jeremiah just finished doing a full exterior detail on my SUV, and what a difference it made to my two-year-old Forester! Throughout the entire experience, he has been extremely professional. He explained how he was able to get the small sediment that gets embedded in the paint from driving out and you could really feel the difference. I've tried getting the backside of my side view mirrors cleaned to no avail, but these and everywhere he touched looks like it just came from the factory. He even got the coffee that spilled into my car door speaker out! He clearly pays attention to detail.
