Going there around 11am today, I drove around per their signs, waited for someone to come to the lane offering Full Service, not self service drive through. No one came to take my money. Sitting there, I called their telephone, no answer, I got their voicemail. I had to back out of the lane, turn around to go to the front of their building entrance. No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE. I spoke with Stefano, the new owner, who went through all my wash options and what was included in each - very knowledgable and even offered to give me a ride to the gym close by while they worked on the wash. Their incredibly knowledgeable and experienced paint specialist, SJ, examined my car with two separate paint thickness gauges to measure base coat and clear coat thicknesses, and determined that it was a candidate for paint correction and OptiCoat ceramic coating. He even knew the paint color codes off the top of his head. Impressive! SJ did a great job managing my expectations, letting me know what could, and what couldn't be corrected. I was surprised to receive a text message from SJ, with before and after photos of the paint correction on my driver's side door. The difference was night and day. He continued to send progress photos periodically. Delighted by excellent communication throughout the process. When I went to pick up my 2016 Lexus LS460 L, I was thrilled by how sharp it looked after the paint correction and OptiCoat ceramic coating. Black paint is hard to keep, but this coating is making it much easier. I will be returning with my wife's car for the same treatment. Thanks for making me a happy customer.

He was quick and did a good job for the amount of time I had to get it done. He gave my bike a nice buffing and it looked good after. It was a small detailing job And he didn't charge me much so I appreciated that as well. Another plus was his location was within minutes from me. So that is another plus. Overall good experience and I would feel comfortable bringing it back if ever needed another detailing.
