I decided to look into paintless dent repair and found Premier Dent Removal. Russel quickly responded, explained my options clearly, and suggested dent removal with touch-up paint since I was aiming for something that would pass the "5-foot test." He got me scheduled quickly, and I brought the car to his shop. Russel was friendly, professional, and even matched the exact pearl paint instead of using a standard touch-up pen. He did not care that I was stranded. He basically refused to correct the problem. My car was towed to another shop on Sunday. Please read all BBB complaints prior to doing business with this shop. The owner Shawn is a complete liar and extremely dishonest. He prides himself on being in business over 30 years but the BBB complaints tell the true story. He is a horrible person!

And the fact you have to wait 1 hour to get your car when it's ready - you really are better off paying the difference to a more professional shop..
