Malone's is the best. Honest, professional, reliable. Accurate diagnoses and timeline. No hassles; no "we couldn't get the part." Full disclosure up front. Couldn't have a better repair experience. read more

From the moment Tim answered, I had a feeling I had found the right place. After listening to my description, he provided a thoughtful, yet realistic assessment. Without much more hesitation, I was ready to bring my car to Malones. Too many STARS to name, however, let me try: -- EVERYONE said hello and was courteous; -- Nice, clean, comfortable waiting area with RELIABLE wifi; -- Staff that provided "easy to understand" assessments; and -- Reasonable pricing. From start to finish, I never felt like I would be taken advantage of by this business. They treated me as if they wanted a long-term customer. I will definitely be back and refer everyone else I know. If I could give them TEN ********** , I would do so. Thank you Malone's Service and Performance! Kim read more

I've been nothing but satisfied with the professionalism of this business. Very professional, communication is Tier 1. My hope is that this continues to be an honest & professional establishment. It is a challenge finding honest mechanics these days. Services provided were "budget friendly" & they are very detailed. Thanks MSP for excellence in everything (at-lease for us it has been excellent) read more

Getting routine car maintenance can be like getting your yearly checkup or 6 mos dental cleaning, most people dread it. However, Malone's Automotive is the difference maker! Their kind and attentive staff and exceptional servicemen are unmatched. There was no price gouging, I paid what I was quoted for the service. If you're in need of service for your European vehicle don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with this amazing team! read more

I don't know what I would without Malone's Service! They are efficient and fair with good communication. Plus their option to have a loaner car is amazing! My car repair doesn't have to interfere with my job which involves driving all day! Thank you Malone's! read more

These guys are beyond amazing! Very knowledgeable with foreign cars and made the transition of broken down car to a car back up and working again a smooth one! I have a Porsche Panamera and you have to be very careful with who gets under the hood. Tim made me feel very comfortable with his diagnosis and saved me the headache from the previous mechanic I was dealing with that could never seem to really fix my problem. read more

I have been really happy with Malone's. We've taken my husband's car and my mother's car here in the past and always had great service. I had continued to take my Lexus to the dealer just because it was super convenient for me and I had a service advisor there that I could really trust. But, that recently changed when I learned my regular SA I'd been dealing with for years was gone and the dealer tried to completely fleece me for repairs that were not needed, they overcharged on minor stuff after quoting lower "out the door" prices and then got condescending with me. With this last dealership experience, I picked my GX up and promptly brought it to Malone's. What the dealership was trying to charge me over $2500 for, Malone's was able to fix for $750. That's a massive difference. Not to mention that they saved me another nearly $6000 in repairs that weren't even necessary, as it turned out. I greatly appreciate that Malone's is honest and will tell me what's important to do now and what can either wait or isn't an issue at all. They will be getting all of my business from here on out. read more

These guys are GREAT! I purchased from Malone's about 3 years ago and they have been servicing my car from day one. They are always courteous and explain everything in detail and provide options if need be. If your car requires an extended or overnight stay they provide loaner cars! I must say same amazing service and work compared to a major dealership service department but lower realistic prices!!!!!!! read more

FANTASTIC!!! Service was bar none best ever and cost are most affordable. I give them 4 stars.

So, I got my car quoted to be fixed at a few different places. I needed body work done on my Scion FR-S Toyota. This place took the pie. All other places nearby that I went to get quotes from overcharged me, and I did not get the feeling they were being 100% honest and nice to talk with. At Malone's, I felt that I was in great hands with people who not only know how to fix cars, but are honest and hey, isn't that what we all want? Definitely will be back. -Madeleine read more

Friday May 11th 2018 I just had my 2013 Mercedes E-350 A9 service performed by Maurice Graham and it cost me $319 and worth every cent! They did the entire service and then advised me that my rear brakes had 10% remaining and they could do it with MCB pads in an hour and I said go ahead. So the entire service and rear brake pads $319...never would have happened at a Mercedes dealer! Probably would have been north of $500 to $600 and would have taken longer. I made an appointment with Maurice at 7:50am this morning for a 2pm appointment and it was a great experience. Nice people! read more

Brad and the guys over at Malone's were fantastic. After calling around to a lot of places in Marietta, they were the only ones to have both the type of oil and filter I needed. The price and availability were top notch compared to other European service offices around. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle and personal safety needs were addressed (& quickly)! What a wonderful business to have right here in the heart of Marietta. I will be returning with my 2013 Mercedes C250 for all my engine needs! I suggest this service spot for any professionals near or working on the square. They were extremely accommodating to my limited schedule. read more

I originally came here for a pre inspection before purchasing my Benz from a local used car dealer; Malones was recommended to me by a client who has used them for a long time. That was back in January 2010 and I've had the best experiences with them ever since. I, like other Yelpers, was skeptical about taking it somewhere other than a dealer like RBM, but their customer service is fantastic, they do great work, and have loaner cars as well. I live in town and make the drive to come here because I trust them more than I would a dealer now, to do only the repairs needed on my Mercedes. read more

We have been taking our Mercedes and Audi to Malone's Service for over 8 years and they are fantastic. Great service, price, quality and satisfaction. Much better than the Dealers. Save yourself headaches and take your car to Malone's. Tim and Andrew are knowledgeable managers and Adam is a great mechanic. Trust me, once you take your car to Malone's you will never take it to the dealer again. read more

I've always been extremely pleased with the service I've received and Malone's Service. I found this business on YELP. I was in the area and needed to have the tire on my Mercedes GLK looked at. The reviews were excellent so I called. The owner "Don" answered an told me to come on in, even though they normally work by appointment. When I arrived I was really surprised to see that their main service business was european vehicles! Not only did Don repair my tire he gave me a real education around deciding on extended warranties and other considerations. Had it not been for my visit there, I would not have known my current warranty had expired. I view this is divine intervention because now I've found a place to take my car for repairs other than the expensive dealership. Malone's also appears to be a high-tech company and seems to have a really solid customer base! I always worry about being ripped off when it comes to auto repairs and being a woman. My gut tells me that Don is a pretty fair person and a straight shooter that I will feel comfortable taking my automobile to. Thank you Don. I feel blessed to have made your acquaintance and thank you for fixing my tire & no charge! I will be back!!! read more

Malones is really fantastic to me. I used to take my Lexus to the dealership, but after the warranty ran out, their rates went through the roof! Malones was super fair, explained the problem, and had it fixed for WAY less. I've been loyal to them ever since. I don't think I've ever had a bill over $500. When I bought a new car and took it to the Porsche dealership, the very first "check-up" was over $500! It literally had NO problems. I called Malones, and they were happy to work on my Porsche. Thank goodness. My second tune-up was under $100!! I'm NEVER taking my cars anywhere else. They don't bill me for excess crap I don't need, they are reasonable, kind, and they provide a loaner if need be (free of charge). They even wash my car when they finish! My Lexus just hit 60,000 miles, the antenna was broken, the CD changer no longer worked, and I needed new oil and air filters. Total cost? Under $400, including labor. When I asked about fixing my rims and new tires on the Porsche, they told me that they would be happy to do it, but I might find better prices at other places like Discount Tire. How NICE is that?! I totally trust these guys. read more

I have been taking my 2008 Mercedes 350 to Malone's for the past 4 or 5 years and my C-class before that. They have always done a great job on repairs and maintenance at a much better price than the dealer. I was sceptical at first, but after the first service I was sold. They always use Mercedes parts (which is important to me) and provide a loner when necessary. When my husband was in the hospital, they picked up his car for service and delivered back to our home as a convenience to me. They went out of their way to help me out. Can't beat that for customer care! Great customer service, great repairs, great price! Love doing business with them. read more

These guys are awesome! We've lived in Marietta for 19 years and Malone's has been my SOLE Mercedes servicing company for 17 of them. I own a '98 E320 and an '85 380SL. Nobody gets to touch them except Adam at Malone's. I recently had some complex repairs made on the '85 and the car works like a new one. Maybe the most impressive, however, is that Scott actually called me a few days after the work was completed to see if their work was satisfactory. Does your repair shop do that? read more

Malone's offers top notch service. They have always treated us fairly and everyone is extremely knowledgable. As a consumer, I tend to be wary of automotive repair centers but can say with all honesty that I trust Malone's. Now that I've found them, I won't go anywhere else. read more

I don't often write reviews but when outstanding service warrants it, credit must be given. Thanks Scott and Tim for the outstanding customer service.
