I absolutely love this place! The customer service is exceptional and the work is phenomenal. After dealing with a dishonest mechanic for some time I decided to look for another shop and stumbled across KLM. I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me. Words cant describe how happy I am with KLM and the service that they provide. There arent many honest mechanics these days, but I truly trust Luis and his team. I went in for a simple synthetic oil change for my Jeep Wrangler Sahara, which has the 2.0L Turbo engine, a vehicle that specifically requires synthetic oil as stated in the manual. However, when I got my car back, I discovered that they had given me a conventional oil change instead. Not only did they fail to provide the service I requested, but they also left a dirty rag under the hood, which is completely unacceptable. I immediately went to another shop to get my system flushed and properly filled with synthetic oil. It's clear that KLM Auto's service has become both poor and questionable. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious if they are considering this place. Additionally: I didn't decide to go with the cheapest oil change as when I scheduled the appointment online I booked it for a full synthetic oil change. You tried to tell me that my vehicles takes conventional oil and you do a lot of jeeps in the area and that's what you give them which is complete BS and the reason I recorded our conversation. I have a nice vehicle and care about what I put in it which is why I immediately took it somewhere else. Money was never brought up so don't make it seem like I went with a conventional oil change because it was the cheapest option when that's not true. read more

Here's the bottom line. The part cost $346, there were no other parts involved. It was just one 3 ft hose. I paid you $125, $436, and the warranty paid you $900. That's $1461 for a $300 part. I know, I realize this was a nightmare for you. But it was not my fault and the nightmare of going 2 months without AC in the summer for my wife and I, 70 and 74, was much worse. He's been servicing my 2007 Ford Fusion for years. It now has 316,000 miles. Yes, that model year was excellent for Ford according to the car industry, but this shop has keep my car running with 95% original parts. I have a Subie now and as soon as the manufacturer warranty expired, I brought it to Luis' shop. He's a honest mechanic, gives you options on servicing your car and will call you for permission to proceed so that everyone is on the same page. I've seen a few negative reviews trying to figure out why and I've come to the conclusion that these people have extremely unrealistic expectations or they want services nearly free. In either case, these people will never be satisfied. And that is not a KLM problem, that is a YOU problem. Mr. Hernandez is as professional and as honest as they come in this auto repair industry. I've now been here three times for my car, my husband's car, and my brother-in-laws car and every time we've had an amazing experience. They take the time to listen to what's going on and what we need, they explain what they see and how to they'll fix it, and don't try to upsell (at least it doesn't feel that way). I originally went in 2024 and asked for the cheapest fix possible to just pass my emission inspection since my car has over 250,000 miles and they delivered, and the car is still good a year later! I was a loyal customer to KLM Auto Center for a about 2 years. After my last visit I will never go back. My car had an oil leak after getting a diagnostic test ($145!) not sure why I needed another test ran because we already knew the issue from the last time I visited to get an oil change. I needed to save up some money to fix it and that's why I was there. Originally I was quoted around $1,000 after the diagnostic test was completed the quote came to a total of $3,231.02! Which I thought was quite high. A few services were not absolutely needed to fix the problem. I am not knowledgeable about cars, but felt like this was a ridiculous price. I left and went somewhere else to get a quote. The place I went didn't charge a diagnostic fee and was able to consider all damages while knowing my budget and the total came to $1025.47. It turned out I didn't need most of what KLM was suggesting. I didn't need 6 spark plugs replaced because only 3 were faulty, I didn't need a carbon flush immediately, the labor for replacing the oil pan was no where near ($468.00 which KLM quoted me.) KLM quoted me $900 for labor to replace the gasket as well. I think the pricing with KLM was super unreasonable. The entire fix took 3 hours and I had my car back the same day with Canton Road Automotive. I felt extremely taken advantage of after getting a second opinion. I think because I've paid whatever price KLM gave me in the past they felt they could get over and under me. I even texted the owner asking why they were trying to sell me things I didn't need. I never got a reply. I do not recommend going here for major repairs. Oil change/tires mounted & rotated was fine. I really wanted to support this small Latinx owned business. As a business owner myself I'm shocked. This event happened over a year ago and it's still on my mind. I hope the next person can use this review as helpful. Honesty is key!! read more

I was at KLM for about 4 to 4.5 hrs for brakes. It shouldn't take that long for breaks. I think they forgot that I was coming and didn't order the parts until I got there. If that was the case, at least be upfront and communicate that to the consumer. I asked for an Emissions test, but it wasn't done, but I didn't said anything because I was ready to go. It's hard to find a mechanic that has the customer service and quality that this place does. I tried it out because of the many raving reviews, and now I see why people are such big fans of this place. I was able to get a quote through Yelp, talk to Luis about what I needed, and set up an appointment all without having to make a call. The facility itself was clean, smelled amazing, and had snacks, candy, and drinks for waiting customers. My oil change only took 45 minutes and I was out of there. While waiting, people walking by me smiled and updated me on my oil change, which I appreciated a lot. Luis was friendly and easy to talk to and really makes a huge difference in the whole experience. Brought car in for two issues. Received written estimate and approved. Two days later KLM called and said car was ready. Asked whether the other issue was fixed and they had forgotten all about it. Kept it over the weekend plus two more days when I got an estimate for the second issue. Declined because of the cost. The bill for the first issue was almost double from the estimate I received. When I arrived to pick up car, I had them explain the repair line by line, and they finally figured out they put someone else's repair on my bill. Be careful when you go to pay your bill. Our Kia Sorento had been making undercarriage noises for over a year, gradually getting worse. The Kia dealership in Las Vegas said it was because new cars no longer have lubrication fittings, which is is lamentable but the noise is just expected on new vehicles after about 50K miles. Then we brought it to a maintenance shop and they said the noise was the transmission. They said they could remove the old one and install a rebuilt one for us. The noise sounded more like suspension than transmission to me, so I sought another opinion. I tried to schedule a diagnostic appointment with two local Kia dealerships, but they we booked until the end of the month. Looking for other options, we called KLM - they were busy so I left a message and asked for a call back - anticipating that I would need to call them again later or keep shopping around. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when Scott called me back and said they could do a diagnostic the next day. I brought it to them, and KLM came through! They replaced struts and shocks and - poof! - the noise disappeared. Now it rides like it did when it was new - nice tight steering and tracking straight. Next up will be tires, which have worn prematurely because other shops failed to diagnose the problem. I can't say enough for KLM - they are my go-to shop from now on. Big kudos to Scott, whose expertise and knowledge of Kia told me I had brought it to the right place. The quality of their work is top notch, and the price is reasonable. I wasn't in a position to be without a car, so I called here & Luis said he could get it done in 1/2 a day. So Saturday morning I get up gonna go get some creamer for my coffee when the check engine light comes on in my car. I so don't need this right now and I have to admit I am a little unnerved. So I google mechanics and find KLM. I headed straight for them. Upon entering I was greeted by someone I found out later to be Luis he was very pleasant and greeted me with a big smile. He asked if I had gone to autozone or one of those places to check the code. I stated I had not because I needed it fixed. He said no problem grabbed his meter and headed for my car. It took about 30 seconds for him to tell me what was wrong with my car. It's the catalytic converter but it's under warranty. Now here is where it gets great....no no no I stated it's not this car has no warranty. Now he could have said no problem just pull it in and we can fix it but he didn't he went on to tell me that under federal law the dealer has to fix it if it's under 8 years old or 80,000 miles and my car is both. He also said it's about a 1700.00 repair job...that's when I almost fainted. He caught me. He told me to take it to the dealer and that's what I did and got it fixed for free but if I have any other issues I know exactly where to take my car KLM and Luis because he is honest. This auto shop is good as long as you don't require troubleshooting. I would classify this place a part swappers which is good because you can bring your own parts. If you have a complicated issue the dealership maybe slightly more but they will diagnose the problem more efficiently and you won't have to come back. At least this is my experience. read more
