I then emailed the pictures Javier took to the manufacturer, Corsa, and as it turns out JM installed it upside down. ZERO INTEGRITY, $1000 OVERBILLED, IRRESPONSIBLE. A good mechanic stands behind his work, right? Let…read moreme tell you about JM Autos' Zero Integrity. Javier, the owner, was paid over $7k for labor on an OEM engine rebuild, yet my performance car left the shop with a dead battery and a coolant leak. Not only did the shop owner try to weasel out of the 'warranty' by telling me I would have to pay for a coolant system repair, but he overbilled me. After agreeing on a rate of $125/hr the final bill states $169/hr which created about $1000 profit. Irresponsible comes from leaving my car smelling like shop oil/grease. My car has a dead battery, is leaking coolant, and smells like grease. IF YOU DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS! HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS. Wow! What a huge disappointment!

They took the time to run diagnostics, look everything over under the hood and underneath the Jeep, top off a fluid I needed, and even test drove it to make sure everything was running as it should. Everything checked out great, and rather than trying to sell me parts or repairs that I may not need, they simply told me to keep an eye on things and come back if anything changes. That kind of honesty is SO hard to find in the automotive world. They easily could have started recommending repairs "just in case," but instead they were completely upfront with me on all fronts. I left feeling like I finally found my shop and that alone is such a great feeling. Professional, knowledgeable, clean, classy and HONEST. I will absolutely be back and will recommend them to anyone looking for a place they can actually trust. Thank you so much!!

I was referred to these guys by Zack over at Doscount Tire, so I called up and spoke to Rafi (service manager) and he got me in the same day. These guys are great. They did the alignment, test drove it and took the time to speak with me about the alignment. I stopped going to many automotive shops years ago due to mostly apathetic mechanics, insane prices, and ofttimes slim-shady dealings. This shop was professional, friendly, upfront with repair expectations and their prices are very fair. I could tell by the autos in their shop that they do high-quality work, but they took care of my little beater Mazda like it was a BMW. I appreciate the service and recommend these guys based on 1. Price 2. Quality of work 3. Timeliness 4. Professionalism and customer service 5. Great central location to Bartow, Cherokee and Cobb. Definitely a 5 star service.
