Let me tell yall about Mr. Terry! He is amazing. I called him on Monday at the crack of dawn (when they opened), he had my car information in the system from 2021 when another pothole claimed a car rim life... and he confirmed the information and they were awesome that time as well! BUT ... that was before my Yelp Elite days... neither here nor there... BUT I HAVE YOUR BACK NOW TERRY!!! Listen... Terry asked me about the crack... I gave him a hint at how bad it was and that it was irreparable... He said give him a few moments to look. He then called me back about 10 minutes later with a rim and the grade and gave me the payment options. I paid and he said it would be in by FRIDAY!!!... Guys... it is Wednesday, 2 days later and Terry went above and beyond for me. I had an Uber go pick up the rim and bring it to me and he was so helpful! He was always so welcoming and understanding and just so happy to help. I needed a rim to replace my busted one and he came through and now I am back on the road and returning my rental 3 days early! My wheel was cracked severally and was not able to be repaired; it had to be replaced. Fortunately, the shop had a replacement and was able to repair it less than 30 minutes. Came in to have my wheel fixed, as it had a crack from all the pot holes I hit in Atlanta. It had been fixed before X2 (elsewhere) and they didn't feel it should be welded again but they were able to find my wheel and replaced it. They also found dents in 2 back wheels that were making the tires wear on the inside. Was able to get everything fixed in one day once the wheel came in. read more

Great workmanship and great service. I had Metro refinish three Mercedes AMG wheels with bad curb rash and they now look brand new. This is a different experience than when the mobile contractor comes to you and does a so so or worse job. Micheal was very quick, basically rushing me off the phone while trying to ask him about purchasing something for my vehicle. In the midst of me asking a question he says "ok have a good day" and hangs up the phone. When I call back he's just trying to quickly answer my question then rush me off of the phone again. Fast service with a large selection. I came here for a hubcap replacement and I was in and out very quickly with exactly the right part. They have a very large inventory of hubcaps, so it was no surprise that they were able to locate the correct one for my car. Prices are average. The Toyota OEM hubcap was $45 plus tax, which may not be a bargain, but isn't bad either for a pristine, genuine Toyota product. The whole process from walking in, to being on my way, was about 10 minutes. Service was helpful and courteous, so no issues there. They have many other product offerings beyond hubcaps, so I would be willing to consider them for other tire needs, such as rims and general tire repairs. read more

Bought in my S550 benz after hitting 2 pot holes in 1 week. One was bent on the inside bad!!!!! First off i'd like to say I have the worst luck with tires. I always have. I scratch up my rims or hub cabs, I tend to get flats a guaranteed twice a year, and dang those Atlanta pot holes causing my rims to bend. Not cool Atl, not cool. Uggg!! This place has helped me many of times with my tire and rim situation. I came across them via internet. I'm all about finding a deal. I'm a "Progressive customer". lol A couple of years ago I had bent my rim (that was the first time. lol) and so I called my lovely dealership. They wanted $200 for a standard rim w/o installation and what not. I called up Metro Wheels, came into the shop, and 20 minutes later I was out the door with a new rim for $110 less than what the dealership wanted to charge me and that included an analysis and installation and I repeat it only took 20 minutes. Probably less. This place specializes in anything to do with wheels and rims, used and new, and with great quality, terrfic customer service, affordable prices, and you are in and out before you can consider walking down to a local restaurant to grab a bite to eat while you wait. Sometimes there can be a line that forms while waiting to get to the counter, but I have never spent more than 1/2 an hour at this place tops. I told them of the great service I have received everytime visiting this place and how impressed I am with the quickness and prices, and their response is (in a very friendly manner) "That's why we've been around for over 20 years". Darn right you have!!! I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my wheels/ tires/ rims/ whatever. They do a great job anytime I need anything done and I would recommend them to anyone. I couldn't leave the wheel for a week-long repair, because that would force me to drive 2 hours back here from my hometown. When I had my tires rotated, I was told I needed hub rings on all 4 wheels of my Jeep Wrangler that I bought used a few months ago. Terry was great explaining what was needed as I had NO idea what a hub ring was. This place has exceptional customer service! I went there intending to drop off my damaged wheel and pick it up repaired several days later. They quickly found the same wheelbin their warehouse and offered to swap my tire over to it for the same price as repairing mine to save both of us time. Hit some roadway debris on I-285 blowing my tire and severely damaging my rim. A big thank you to the GDOT H.E.R.O. Unit for changing my flat tire and for recommending this place. I parked right in front of the door 10 mins before closing time and stuck my head in the door. My babies were in the car so I asked the man behind the counter to come outside and take a look. Turns out my rim was beyond repair, but they had a used one just like it in stock. Less than 5 mins later they were ringing up my purchase and I was on my way home. I never even had to leave my car! Don't let the fancy intimidate you, they treated me just as well as someone purchasing very high end items. Not sure they are knowledgable on replacing rims and inflating tires....really. Punctured one tire when removing wheel to install new rim, they did find an exact match just took 1.5 hours longer. Next didn't inflate tires at all to manufacturer specs, ride was way too 'rough, one balanced wheel lost balance weights, returned for better service. Can't say I can recommend this place at all....will never return for sure. read more

This business had terrible customer service. When I tried to return a defective product they ignored me and tried blame other companies. My wheel feel off my car in the middle of the road 3 days after making the purchase from them and they showed no care. Also they have the worst prices. 4 Wheel parts bought a better part, installed it, and guaranteed it for $150 cheaper. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. 15 year certified mechanic installed adapters which were Inspected and test drove. Defective product stripped a couple days later and all 4 wheels had lugnuts falling off. I was sold a defective product which is why it stripped. Bottom line is the prices were ridiculously high out of everything that I looked at and that wasn't even with the install. read more

Metro Wheels did a great job refinishing and customizing the wheels on my 350Z. The price was reasonable and they look better than new.

I brought my Mercedes in to fix a bent rim. I had already tried to fix it thru another company, but their torch and brute force approach (heavy hammer) did not work. When I brought it to Metro, I thought I would only do one wheel, just to see if they could do a good job. It turned out they already had a replacement wheel in stock and gave me a good price (less than half of the Mercedes dealership price). So, I put it on and let them have a second wheel, I knew was bent too. Since this whole process started, Metro has been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I guess I'm kind of retentive about my car vibrating while I'm driving on the Atlanta highway, so I'm now fixing a third wheel that is slightly bet too. This leaves me with the fourth wheel, not bent, but scratched. I'm getting a fair price and they've made me very happy, so I am having the last wheel done, so they all look like showroom new. This is no BS, if they came off as incompetent, or uncaring, I would not have gone back after the second wheel. They have exceeded my expectations, so I'm taking in my other car for the same process. Heck, it costs a lot less than buying new wheels and I feel a lot better about driving my higher-end car, now with better looking wheels. I learned from Clark Howard, it costs a lot less to fix a nice car, than to sell it and buy another, just because you feel like it's pretty worn out. Hope this helps... read more

I recently bought a 2003 corvette and had some new tires put on ti and the shop that i bought the tires from could not get all of vibration out. So i did some research and saw that Metro Wheel did on car high speed wheel balancing. I took it in and they looked at it and thought that doing just the Road Force Balance would probably be good and if not we could proceed to the more expensive on car high speed . Terry who is very knowledgeable thought that this would take care of 90-95% percent of vibration, it did. But i like to drive fast and still had a little at high speed. i took it back for the high speed on car balancing . Now my car is smooth as glass at 120 . EXCELLENT JOB TERRY !!!!!!! Very reasonable pricing and courteous service! If you have a need for tire balancing this is a great alternative to the other guys in town. read more

I used Metro Wheels to repair a wheel on my new car that was scraped when I hit a curb to avoid an accident. Needless to say, this happened on the second day that owned the car. I was really upset over the whole thing! I took the car the Metro Wheels the next day, simply because it was the closest repair shop near my home. I am so glad that I did. Valerie helped me. She presented all the alternatives for repair and talked about the results and costs involved. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I chose to go with the least expensive option, which was a touch-up. She explained the process and thoroughly explained what the results could be. They did a great job! You have to get down and look for where the wheel was damaged to even see the repair. The repair was cost efficient, and I was never pressed to spend more money than I needed to.
