I was in and out in under 45 minutes--my 10 am appointment was honored, and the service was quick! The waiting area was surprisingly nice for an auto shop, with comfortable seating and a TV. The facility and restrooms were also very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out simple. I especially appreciate that they were honest and didn't try to upsell me on any extra repairs. Regarding the cost, I was charged $25.00 flat rate, which was slightly more than the $19.99 quote, but I was still happy with the overall value and service. I will definitely return! Appreciated the referral and csn honestly state that I nevet felt as if I was being taken advantage of by Fontaine's. Have been going for many years and appreciate the genuineness displayed by Darren.He has had some really good employees also; Chris comes to mind. Not only does he service vehicles with a smile, but he also takes the time to point out any discrepancies and whether it needs to be addressed immediately. I have referred countless people to him because of these qualities. Writing today because Darren was extremely helpful again and my vehicle wasn't even serviced. Dealing with an issue with my tires that involved 2 replacements. I knew Fontaine's had not dealt with tires in the past, but was worth a call. After speaking with Darren I called a few tires places. They didn't have my size tire, but assured me that the difference for ones in stock was minimal. Called Darren back as a neutral party who I trusted. He assured me that the difference would throw my balance off enough to cause a check engine light issue. I brought my 2018 Porsche Macan in for a check engine light and was told it needed four cam magnets, and I paid them approx. $3,000 for parts and labor. I was also warned that if the light came back, I'd be looking at a massive timing chain repair with 40+ labor hours--essentially a scare tactic for an extremely expensive future repair. After picking the car up, I drove it less than 20 miles. On the second short drive, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, the car began shaking, and it was clearly unsafe to drive. I had it towed to a Porsche dealer. The dealer immediately told me the issue couldn't even be properly diagnosed because non-Porsche (non-OEM) parts had been installed by Rocco's. They replaced those parts with OEM Porsche parts, performed the same repair, and charged me $600 LESS than Rocco's did. The car now drives perfectly. I returned the removed non-OEM parts to Rocco's along with the dealer's invoice clearly showing: * The same repair * OEM parts * Lower cost * Proper diagnosis and resolution Despite all of this, Rocco's refused to refund anything from their original repair. Paying more for inferior, non-OEM parts that failed almost immediately--and then refusing to stand behind the work--is unacceptable. If you own a German car, especially a Porsche, take it somewhere that uses the correct parts and stands behind their repairs. This shop does neither. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Go elsewhere.

I have ran multiple shops my self and it is ran very well with the exception of Jenny b, her ego is is up there as well. like she is better then everyone else thats why I had to get involved with the owner the inspection process was spot on and so was the repair process on my valve cover leak if I had anything to criticize it would be find a new service manager shes a great person but I over heard a conversation about another customer and how she talked down on them because they didn't get approved for the 3rd party financing options... once I got ahold of the owner he assured me it would be handled.. all in all it was a great experience and the technicians where amazing.

Based on what I told him was happening, he diagnosed the problem as being the thermostat and said he can get this repaired the next day. So I dropped off my car a couple of hours later and literally less than 24 hours my car was repaired and ready for pick up. I had already called the dealer and other shops just to get an idea of the cost I could expect and I actually paid a couple of hundred less here at Maximum Auto.
