My car supposed to be ready at 7pm, but they didn't do the alignment and They said they would do it tomorrow. I paid $1,905.46, and when I got my car, I realized they made scratches on my car 4 rims when they were installing tires. They said they would take care of it, and I told them my rims worth more than $4,000, and I don't want you to cover it with marker since I can do that at home, and I want it to get fixed professionally. I was there the day after to get my car as they told me, with fixed rims and alignment done. But I saw they covered scratches with marker, and they didn't do alignment as well. I told them I didn't want you to cover scratches with marker, so why did you do it? They said we didn't do scratches to the rims!!!! It's ridiculous. I can't believe. And about the alignment, they said your car is too big, and we can't do alignment for it, and when I asked them to return my money back for alignment, they didn't accept it!!! I really didn't expect these unprofessional manners and unprofessional job from them. I already emailed to headquarter twice but I didn't get any help and they just emailed me back Please know that we've updated your Case...........and have escalated it to our Field Leadership Team for further review and action. My car had been vibrating some at high speeds for a couple months now (not anything extreme, but noticeable) and my main mechanic shop doesn't do wheel balancing, so I came by to get my tires rotated and wheels balanced. My Lexus finally has its smooth ride back again. I was pretty shocked at the difference afterward. I guess I had gotten accustomed to some of the bumpiness! Butler did a great job AND I noticed that they shined my tires and left the interior of my car the way they found it (I've had mechanics leave grease on my seats before lol). Butler is a great example of a high-quality, professional auto shop. I don't play around when it comes to my car, I try to do everything I can to take good care of it - that includes not cheaping out by going to competitors that might have lower prices but also lower quality work.
