I went to the dealership yesterday because my tire pressure was low on my left rear tire. After an hour, they came back and said I had a slow leak due to a nail and they could only REPLACE it for $507. I said no thanks and walked right out. (My car is 60 days old w/ brand new tires soooo no). Fast forward to this morning at 9:30 am. I drive up to Smyrna Tire, park, jump out and tell them what I was told. They said they'd check pressure on all and see if they can patch the hole. Great! Welp. They actually found 1 nail in my left rear and 2 nails in my right rear tire. (Either I have enemies or I need to watch how I drive cause sheesh). On top of being thankful, I'm impressed and grateful. Had I bought the replacement tire, I would've had to turn around and buy another one days later PLUS I'm hella disappointed that after sitting on their lift for an hour and doing the extra ridiculous soapy test, BMW couldn't see that I had multiple nails across both tires. Anywho. In case you're still thinking of going somewhere else for any of your tire issues. Don't. I've found my forever shop and I'm positive I won't need to go anywhere else. Side note: I've been here for about 40 minutes and my car is almost done. Yay! There's also a very steady flow of customers and they are getting them in and out as much as they can.

Yesterday was my follow up visit to fine tune everything, which I was able to verify by performing a test drive with the owner, Norman. I was really impressed! The opportunity to perform the test drive with the owner, let alone, be able to have a conversation as if I had known him for years, was very personable. My initial visit to have work done on my Jeep, impressed me as well. I worked with Chris Weaver, who himself, had a good amount of experience regarding Jeeps and the infamous "Death Wobble". He was great to work with and was very patient as well. And again, Norman performed a test drive and went over everything before I drove off their lot. In fact my Jeep seemed to handle and run better than it ever did. Another reason why I limit my trips to the dealer... Anybody can practically sell parts and perform qualified service, but it's the little things that count, including "going-the-extra-mile" that separates a standard shop or Dealership from a shop, such as Weaver Brake & Tire. With that being said, I had a great experience! And based on my experience, I now feel confident knowing that I finally found a shop for all of my future work. If you need a well-rounded, knowledgeable and personable shop, give Weaver Brake & Tire/Alignment the opportunity to work on your vehicle. (BTW... They do a lot more than what their business name implies)

Don't be fooled by the politeness. This seems like a very dishonest racket and the basic mechanics…read moreare running the show here with no accountability. I paid them $1,400 for a climate control repair on my 2011 car based on their own diagnostic report. Line 11 of their initial diagnostic clearly showed the Left Temperature Damper Motor (the blend door actuator that controls the heater) was broken on day one. Yet on day 11, general manager Chris claimed the mechanic found a new issue the night before, with the AC and Heater switching over temperatures by itself, and wanted more money to fix it. However, that exact issue had already been identified 10 days prior and included in the estimate. The solution offered by Chris was to manually rig my system to stick on AC, but I said, "It's fine, let's leave it , do NOT fix it to stay on AC, I will just have to deal with it." But they did it anyway and left my car stuck on cold and a broken heater. So now I have to return when it gets cold and pay them more money just to manually switch it back to heat. Driving under these conditions is a huge safety hazard; when it rains when its cold out, the windshield will flash-freeze or blind you with condensation instantly. When I called the Service Manager and shop Owner, Ron Holtzclaw, his first reply to all these issues was to blame me for not paying more money. He excused his mechanics, claimed the diagnostic "doesn't show everything," and dismissed the broken promised completion dates, saying they were "busy." He offered zero solutions and told me to go back to the shady dealer who sold me the car. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but aren't mechanics in the business of fixing problems like these? Yet they took my money, left me to freeze all winter with dangerous driving conditions, and expect more cash to fix what I already paid for. Some repairs were made, but not all the diagnostic issues I paid for. Now I must pay a completely different shop to finish the job Weaver was supposed to do.

Two days later, got another flat. Brought the car back and expected the warranty to cover the cost of a replacement via the warranty.
