Very fast, efficient, and super helpful. They have a large stock of tires and were one of the few in my area that had the tire I needed. They took all my lug nut locks off (lost the key) and got my tire changed in about 10 minutes. Good pricing too, which is hard since a lot of auto places sometimes try to take advantage of women coming in by themselves. read more

The technician stripped my oil pan screw and the owner blamed it " on the last store" that performed my oil change ". Let me start by saying I have never really had bad experience at this place, but i deem it necessary to post a review because I was recently overcharged for a Tire Plug Service. I was told when I walked up that the service was 10.00, so I waited, and the service was really fast; however, the owner charged me $20.00. I did not review my Credit Card Transactions until a day later. I went back on Sat (Feb 19th), but the owner was not there, only the tire tech was available. The Tire Tech stated all others had taken off for the weekend and would not be back until Monday. I was very disappointed at the price difference charged by the owner was 10.00 different than what I was quoted, while it is not a lot of money, it's about principle, not necessarily price. I did notice the while running the transaction the owner was making small talk, which was a distraction, so didn't think much about it, until I started reviewing my transactions the next day. read more

They were as busy as they could be when I limped in on my spare, and they were on it immediately. Sonko ordered a Firelli tire to match the others and in came in the next day as he said it would. (He did have new or used ones of the correct size.) Again, when I came back to have it mounted, the shop was busy with all kinds of services, but a mechanic immediately put it on. I will return there for the other automotive services they offer. Their prices seem like a discount. It is the most pleasant and cheerful business I have ever visited. After performing tire checks on my two vehicles for years, I decided to give Sonko, the actual owner, a shot at replacing all 4 of my tires on my Ford Expedition with 22" aftermarket rims. Due to the fact SUV sat outside several tears, the old tires were dry rotting out. I called him for estimates based on tire size, and he recommended Nexen Roadians. If course, I did exhaustive research and reviews on different tire brands on Google. The price he quoted included total installation, including stems and wheel balancing. This price was significantly lower than Butler Tire...and btw, the Butler Tire salesperson spends 10min on the phone trying to convince me that their balancing is state of the art and justifies it's 2x cost of anywhere else. Beat it Butler. After the terrible job they did replacing my rims and wheels with their state of the art "balancing", I told them to take a hike. Anyway, I left out the best part. Sonko gave me a timeframe when the tires would come in, and texted me the best time to come in...and they completed everything in less than 30min. Give Sonko the opportunity to earn your business. He's Mableton's best kept secret for good service and fair pricing. read more

The small size and being on a main thorough fare contributes to some of the chaos, but there service is top notch. They sell new and used tires, so make sure you tell him what you want. Never ever come to this place. My tire was low and this place was close by my house I went there (when I really should have gone to Wa-Mart). I should have known what I was in for when I pulled in and had to literally walk up to a person to be acknowledged and there was only one car being serviced when I got there and 3 workers outside. The guy comes over to look at my tire and then goes back to chat with other men. I waited 20 before returning to my car to charge my phone but they thought that I was actually leaving so they all came over to provide assistance. Only to jack my car up and remove the tire to have me wait another 50 min. During this time 3 other cars that came after me where serviced and on their way and I'm still waiting for service. This establishment definitely shows preferential treatment based on if you look and speak like them. I would not recommend this place even if you have threads hanging out of your tire...say a prayer and drive a lil further to get better customer service and quality. read more

This place just wants to take your money. Went to do an alignment and didn't even come out right the first time. When I went back they wanted to charge me again for the alignment even though it wasn't done correctly the first time. They said my problem we're the front struts. The price they gave me to change the struts was outrageous so I went somewhere else much cheaper. When I came back with the new struts they refused to do an alignment and said I needed a "special" alignment that costed 4x more than what he first stated. Never coming back here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

one of the best tire shops that i have ever been to... the owner customer service is beyond amazing... he has his two little boys sometimes working there with him and they are so good at what they do for their age... one night he actually got out of his bed in the middle of the night to see if he could fix my friend bmw i8 and he brought his little daughter with him... he is definitely about his business and not does not let his kids get in the way of making that money lol read more

My tire blew out on 1-20 late one night and my spare wasn't useful. My car was towed back to my house on a flat bed and it couldn't be moved. I came to Yelp and searched for used tires in Mableton and I read a review from someone who suggested Sonko. I have a Mercedes-Benz and I wanted to make sure I got a high performance tire that was comparable to the other three. I called Sonko, talked to the owner and told him that my car couldn't be moved and he said that he had a tire for me (Continental, like my other ones) for a VERY reasonable price AND that he could come to my house to install it for a nominal fee. He came and changed my tire - in my garage- and I was on the move again within 45 minutes. They have a customer for life! read more

I had trouble with my service engine light for the last year, a coolant leak and an oil leak as well. The code read P1130 and my 2 regular master mechanics still couldn't figure out the problem. Someone from the auto service Tire department in Wal-Mart recommended him to me when I was shopping for tires at Walmart.. The Wal-Mart tire employee told me NOT to buy their tires, he said he works in the Walmart tire shop and still doesn't purchase his own tires there, he recommend Sonoko Tires because they had great prices and they have great customer service. The owner, Sonoko was very pleasant, he told me that my old mechanics probably didn't have the lastest eqiupment device to determine the true nature of my problem. He guaranteed me that if I left my car for a day he would get to the bottom of the problem. I am a single parent and rely on my only mode of transportation, so I rented a car and trusted Sonoko and his team of mechanics to get the job done. I must say I was impressed and VERY SATISFIED with the work performed on my car. It took a year to find the right person for the job. Sonoko called me that day and told me he fixed the problem and that I could return my rental. I was estactic!! When I went to pick up my car Sonoko was not there, but his employees were very nice and pleasant. I called Sonoko the next day to thank him for a job well done. His response was " Are you happy", I said "yes" and Sonoko says that's all he wanted was for me to be happy with my service. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get tires and other repair work done on your car. They are professional, reasonably priced and quick. Great job Sonko, you made my day! read more

This business is actually around the corner at 655 Veterans Memorial Highway... I found these guys in search of some cheap tires, and was blown away at their efficiency, customer service, and -- yes -- cheap tires!! I got 2 great tires for the price of 1 tire at any of the big chains. I had called ahead of time, and when I showed up my tires and all the equipment was waiting for me. The owner is a really friendly down-to-earth guy, and the bathroom was even rather impressive for a local auto-anything place. I drove away a mere 15 minutes after I arrived with some change still in my pockets and a big smile on my face. Highly recommend! read more
