Conveniently, that tire is now "out of stock" so I can wait 3-4 hours or pay for a higher priced tire and pay again for another warranty. Be very aware of this predatory practice - if it seems fishy, it usually is. When you hear the sales people bragging about adding on extras, like over-priced windshield wipers, you might be in the wrong place. Gotta get back on the road - so paid their price, but very questionable practices going on at this location. Be aware!

I explained that I assumed the alignment was included in the original quote, especially since I was purchasing four new tires. His response was that I "might not need one." However, given how worn my tires were, it should have been mentioned before replacing them, not after. In the end, my total came to about $2,000, nearly $400 more than the competitor's quote. The lack of transparency about the full service and the timing of the additional charges felt unprofessional and manipulative. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

I went to the dealership yesterday because my tire pressure was low on my left rear tire. After an hour, they came back and said I had a slow leak due to a nail and they could only REPLACE it for $507. I said no thanks and walked right out. (My car is 60 days old w/ brand new tires soooo no). Fast forward to this morning at 9:30 am. I drive up to Smyrna Tire, park, jump out and tell them what I was told. They said they'd check pressure on all and see if they can patch the hole. Great! Welp. They actually found 1 nail in my left rear and 2 nails in my right rear tire. (Either I have enemies or I need to watch how I drive cause sheesh). On top of being thankful, I'm impressed and grateful. Had I bought the replacement tire, I would've had to turn around and buy another one days later PLUS I'm hella disappointed that after sitting on their lift for an hour and doing the extra ridiculous soapy test, BMW couldn't see that I had multiple nails across both tires. Anywho. In case you're still thinking of going somewhere else for any of your tire issues. Don't. I've found my forever shop and I'm positive I won't need to go anywhere else. Side note: I've been here for about 40 minutes and my car is almost done. Yay! There's also a very steady flow of customers and they are getting them in and out as much as they can.

You can clearly see the condition of the tire in the photos I uploaded. I called Monday afternoon immediately after the tire blew out and explained the situation. A young man I spoke with told me they could replace the tire at no cost. However, when I came in the next morning, they tried to charge me more money instead. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly recommend considering another tire shop before spending your money here.

One of the tires sold to my son is about to pop...it's only been 2 wks (February 2nd). The business has not agreed to replace the tire and feels like one week is a good enough warranty...that's bad business to not try to work with your customers. You knew you sold me a bad tire why not jus replace the tire or offer a discount but to tell me it must be my car is ridiculous, so should I expect the other tire to go bad as well?
