How amazing is this "hole in the wall" my tire kept saying low pressure and I looked on maps to see where the closet tire repair place was. Lo and behold he wasn't even open today lol But wound up being a miracle worker and discovering the rim was leaking and not the actual tire from a nail as previous told by Mavis technician. Super happy as he took his time, explained everything and got me patched up and ready so I could head to the airport securely. Will definitely visit again if needed and in the area! read more

The owners at Kingray Tires are awesome folks! They are not super expensive and are very quick with service! A good friend of mine suggested them to me for plug for my tire in a pinch! There were a few people in front of me, but I still don't think I waited more than 30 minutes! He made sure that he could take care of it before having me wait and was very polite! They do take debit which was super convenient! He's located near Howell mill and is tucked away in a bright yellow house, down a side street! Do not come here. I came and got my tire plugged, 2 days later it's goes flat. I came back, they claim I ran over a second nail which I know is a lie, but I went ahead and purchased a used tire. 3 hours later that one goes flat as well. Don't recommend read more

Hang up the phone with your bank, especially if you're currently driving; you won't need that second mortgage at Kingray. It was a good experience and easy the whole way through for a quality tire replacement. After our daughter lost a battle to a curb, resulting in a shredded front tire, she learned 1) how to change a tire with some FaceTime help, 2) how even hands-free phone calls can be costly, and 3) where in town to grab a wheel on the cheap. The Kingray folks were helpful with a straightforward exact cash price on a used tire. Since we had just replaced these last summer (surprise) and passed on the gold-standard tire insurance plan, we needed something to get us back on the road quickly. This went so smoothly my daughter didn't even bother to tell me until nonchalantly mentioning "it went fine" a couple days later. No calls while there telling me they need to do X more work for XX more hundreds of $$. Just the tire and still the same price as quoted. I was admiring it later, as it epitomized "lovingly used". They even put the spare back. Bring cash or hit the bank nearby for the quickest experience. It's not like you need all that much. We'll happily return, although let's hope it won't be too soon, as we also hope for "less talking, more driving". read more

I had the pleasure of having Emeka put my new tire on after getting a flat on the highway. He was really sweet and even gave me a lesson on how to change a tire. This is the worst tire shop I've visited since I moved to Atlanta. I got a flat tire and they were the closest shop nearby. They took an hour to change the tire and they gave me a bald tire. I told them it was bald and they refused to change it because of their no return policy. Save yourself the time and money by finding another shop. read more

Kingray is great. I've used them multiple times and they have good quality tires at a price much lower than new. All the tires I've bought have had good remaining tread, and their service is fast and friendly. They've always had my size of tire in stock. read more

Great Service... Pretty good pricing and great customer service. They even helped me with my spare. Thank you KingRay!

My friend told me about them. Good customer service . I got 2 new tires on my car for $100. (Everybody prices are different) they even put air in my other tires for me that I didn't get changed. 10/10 get your new tires from there, used but still good quality read more

When you first pull up, you think it is NOT a legitimate business. It's really messy and shady looking. HOWEVER, the guy that works there/runs the joint is EXTREMELY nice and honest. He quoted me $55 for a used tire with 80% tread. He popped the tire on in less than 7 minutes and charged me $46! Highly recommend this place! read more

One of my TPMS sensors was showing on my dashboard so I needed to stop somewhere and have it checked out. I popped in "tire shop" on my gps and this was the only shop near the area that showed it was open on the weekend. As I pulled in, there was a car in front of me getting tires installed. I walked up and mentioned my issue to one of the guys in the garage area and he said it would only be a few minutes, in which it was. I waited near my car as others were starting to pull in. The guys handled their business and kept the order of the cars. After inspection, it was discovered, there was no issue with my tires and the guys still made sure all of my tires had the appropriate air in them. This spot is now bookmarked for me. read more

Prior to stop at Kingray, I stopped at a different tire shop, where they told me "there was nothing wrong with the tire", they put air in the tire and I left the place. I stopped at Kingray and the person there found the nail, he was able to patch the tire (past his time to close the shop) and able to get me on the road again. Honestly, I have never seen a hardworking and motivated individual as the person that repaired the tire in my car. To you, thank you! read more

This place is a gem. $45 for a gently used tired. Rim put in and installed in 15 min. Cash is king here. Everyone is so friendly and the work is well executed. Been here multiple times and will continue to return. read more

Picture this - it's Friday afternoon, 5pm and I get a bad slow leak in my run flat tire. Frantically called a few places in the area. Not only did this establishment pick up the phone, he told me me to come right down and he would take care of me right away. Lots of parking to pull up, and I was greeted right away. He took my tire off, showed me where the nail was (and politely ignored my slew of curse words which followed), and had me back on the road in 15 minutes! I've waited longer for a cocktail... The cost? $15 which was incredible for incredible prompt and efficient service. Definitely check this place out if you are in a jam. read more

Best tire place hands down. Quick and fast service. Always in stock and great customer service.

This business has moved: here's the new location. 1716 defoor place nw Atlanta Georgia 30318. So far so good! Just left Kingray.. I came in looking for two used tires at a great price. The price quoted to me over the phone was $45. I was a little nervous because it is a VERY modest looking space both inside and outside and I didn't want to be swindled. Well, I got there and the guy put my tires on in 15mins or less. When he was done putting on the tires he called me outside because he noticed a nail in one of my back tires that I hadn't intended on replacing. Well, he offered to patch it for me, I took him up on it and he did it in 5 mins. For the two tires, installation and patch up service... he only charged me $100 even. What a great price. The tires look great too! I'll update my review if they don't last but for now I'm very happy. read more

Came here because a tire had a slow leak and assumed they would tell me to just get a replacement. In all honesty, that would have been fine because his rate on a used tire was outstanding. But he took it off, showed me the leak and offered to fix it for $15. It's a small shack, but sometimes those are the best. Highly recommend this place!! read more

Terrible place. Poor professional, damaged my breaks in the process, wouldn't give me a refund and got very disrespectful.

Kingray was closed at 6:30pm and we caught a flat an hour before that. We literally called them at 6:15 pm and said we needed a new tire and that we were coming. He helped us get a new tire even after closing and price was most definitely reasonable. The man saved our day. Thank you kingray for staying late for us or else we would have been stuck! read more

Very reasonably priced, quick and honest. I thought I was going in for a used tire but learned that whatever I hit in the rode pierced the tire and put a tiny hole in my rim which would have caused a slow leak even after replacing the tire. Thanks to Kingsray for being honest and pointing it out vs just slapping another tire on my car and sending me on my way. He referred me to a place that fixed my rim puncture and then replaced my tire. Total expenses still less than I could have imagined. Definitely my tire spot going forward. read more

They got me in quick as I was in a rush to an appointment. They answered when I called to check if they had my size in stock. Gave me a great price (CASH ONLY). And were very kind. I'm going to make this my new go to! Now let's see how long this tire lasts! Thanks guys! read more

This is my 1st choice when it comes to tires. They always have a great availability of sizes and they are quick. Considering the location the prices are really fair. I'm always in and out with 15 minutes. I trust this shop and I have been coming here ever since 2011. I tried other shops and they would do crappy work and over charge. I recommend kingray tires. They are also renovating the shop with some up grades. So they are moving on up. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was told over the phone a replacement tire would be $40. When i got there it was $48. Then I left for vacation for 5 days and all of the air leaked out of my tire... i came home to a flat. I asked them to replace my tire again because obviously they did not replace it, they put a patch on which is not what I paid for. They made me pay them for a new tire when I brought the car back and I had no choice because I wouldn't have been able to leave driving on rim. They took advantage of me and I would never reccomend them. read more
