I called Styles Tires yesterday to see if I needed an appointment to get 4 tires installed and was told that it was first come first serve so I made sure to be there at 8 this morning (they supposedly open at 7:30). Upon arrival a gentleman stopped me and asked if he could help. I told him I was there to have tires put on and he laughed and said come back in 2 hours. When I questioned why he told me that the tire company had one bay and he showed up when he wanted. I went to More Miles Tires on Gresham and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. I had a wonderful experience getting a used tire here. I was at Walmart around the corner and they were treating me like such crap and also tell him you'll be about four or five hours and I'd have to wait my car. So I started looking around for other places. I came across styles. I caught up. The lady on the phone was incredibly nice. Gave me a quote for a tire they had ready for me. I left Walmart drove right over and within 20 minutes or so I was in and out with a great tire on my car. Quotes on price on arrival. Charged another. The service was for breaking a wheel lock. He quoted $20 per tire. Charged me $50. Plus there's a 4%service charge for payment with cc. I waited 30minutes on a Wednesday morning (10am) for a service that took less than $5. Crooks!! read more

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Please do not use this tire repair shop for any services. I've received the worst service possible. I initially took my wheels to this shop to repair bends and curb rash, Carlos and staff did a horrible job, so bad that it forced them to paint my wheels a solid color black to cover mistakes (see photos attached). Beyond this horrible experience that took nearly 2 weeks, the owner rushed the install of (1) wheel and forgot to install sensor which contributed to light showing on dash. When I returned the owner argued that I did not pay him initially and attempt to recharge me $25 to correct previous mistake. When I proved the payment was made before- he disrespectfully advised me not to come back and he will not service me anymore. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. We have been using Styles Tires for personal and business tires for almost 5 years. They've always been great in service, pricing and efficiency. I called this morning and ordered 2 tires for the delivery van. I know prices have gone up on most everything, but the total invoice was $404.04... $388.50 for the tires (talk about increased pricing) and an additional $15.54 to use a debit card. I called, spoke with someone (not the owner). She told me the credit card company automatically charges 3% for NON CASH ADJUSTMENT. This is BULLSHIT. I told her they just lost business for 5 vehicles. NEVER AGAIN. Banks do charge fees to accept Debit and credit cards.. it's called the PRICE OF DOING BUSINESS. You DO NOT charge the customer more money because they don't pay cash! I urge my friends in metro Atlanta to not use them again. As far as I'm concerned, they should get a half star rating. read more

Super friendly and efficient tire shop. I woke up to a quickly flattening tire and, since time is of the essence, started calling around. There are other tire places in Atlanta that either didn't answer their phone at all, or said "you can drop your car off but it won't be ready till 6" which is a pain (especially during a pandemic when Ubers are more expensive). Called Styles and they said just to come on over. The first guy I saw in the parking lot immediately went over and started working on my tire. They had it filled back up and plugged within probably 10 minutes of me sitting down in the lobby. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely not wasting a whole day at bigger chains anymore. read more

I can't believe there aren't already reviews for this place! I was talking to a couple guys getting work done and we joked about starting a Yelp campaign. I doubt they need us, because I guess they stay pretty busy, but if you're looking to get anything tire/brake done, this is the place to come. Adam and Oscar were very helpful replacing my pressure sensor setup on my Mazda 5. They don't stock the part, but I walked over to Advanced Auto, which is right nextdoor, got the part, and they put it on for me. The entire process took less than 45 minutes. I honestly couldn't recommend them more highly. Bring cash though as they don't accept card. read more
