Not only was he able to get me in for an appointment the very next day, but he also provided me with a promotion coupon, which I really appreciated. It ended up taking 5 hours because they needed to find the last tire at a different shop. Luckily for me, I had a ride and didn't stay at the shop for the entire 5 hours. Lo and behold he wasn't even open today lol But wound up being a miracle worker and discovering the rim was leaking and not the actual tire from a nail as previous told by Mavis technician. One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. If you don't live local, don't go here for repairs.

Only to have my car notify me that my oil needed to be changed just two weeks after. There's little to no paperwork given to me, so only the Lord knows what's been done to my car.
