Jake, the service advisor I worked with, was rude and dismissive from the start. He accused me of providing fraudulent information and spoke to me in a way that felt extremely disrespectful--like I wasn't even worth basic courtesy. It felt demeaning, especially with a full store of customers around. After speaking with his manager, his tone shifted--and at one point he even raised his voice while explaining that they don't price match over a certain dollar amount. That may be their policy, but it was never explained clearly upfront. To make matters worse, when he called BMW directly, the quote actually came back cheaper than what I had originally provided--so the accusation toward me was completely unnecessary. I came in needing tires immediately, so I didn't have the luxury of leaving, but if I did, I would have gone somewhere else without hesitation. No customer should be treated the way I was. I won't be returning to this location, and I would strongly recommend better training on customer respect and communication.

My car wouldn't recalibrate for my manufacturer's donut. I googled and noticed there was Tires Plus near the Stonecrest Mall area. I was able to make an appointment more quickly than expected and also be seen earlier than anticipated on the day of. I ordered a tire for $88 from Amazon and brought it to the shop because they didn't have my exact tire brand to match the 3 others. The manager was wonderful. He was transparent about the possibility that I may have to purchase 4 tires if the system rejects the $88 new tire because of the AWD. I knew there was a strong possibility he was right since I had issues with the donut. To make a long story short, I asked the manager for a quote for the new tires in the event I needed them. He found a reasonable price for a set if needed. However, I didn't need it. Thank God for honest people. They didn't scam me, and I was able to get my $88 tire mounted, and the system didn't reject it. I also upgraded to a lifetime wheel alignment. The service was under $300. After the dealership gives me a list of all of the repairs, I then take the list to Service 1st For service. Their prices are much more reasonable, and the service is always better than the dealership. I highly recommend them and have sent multiple people to them for repairs. The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability.
