Someone has to be on drugs the way it looks in there plus I know a Meth head when I see one. They had my car for 4 months. They didn't contact me in 2 months since I brought it there. I had to call them. My car came in with two check engine lights that I wanted repairEd for emission. I have multiple OBD scanners of my own. They are trying to tell me I have problems that I didn't have before they put their hands on it. So 4 months have passed and they tell me they can get me a waiver for emissions wh means they didn't fix the problem. What type of mechanical shop gives waivers for emissions instead of fixing the problem. One that doesn't know what they are doing or just trying to get over on customers. Very unprofessional. I called up this morning, out of the blue to see if they had time to change out a battery terminal connector that I wasn't able to get unstuck myself. Not only was the truck in and out in less than an hour, but the work was personally taken care of by the owner; who also pointed out that my old battery was due to be replaced. In addition he checked all the fluids, and topped off the radiator and reservoir. Thanks again Uriel! I'll be able to go camping and fishing this weekend without worrying about my truck cranking up when it's time to leave the woods.

I moved into the Conyers,GA ( Atlanta suburb) area about a year ago and of course needed to find a good mechanic. I took my Inifiniti suv to the dealer a few times, but then the dealer moved! It took almost an hour in atlanta traffic to get to the new loacation. Yeah, that wasn't going to work especially in case of emergency. I asked a few people at the gym for names of a good mechanic and Toyo kept coming up. So when I had a problem with a coolant leak and I thought my water-pump went up I took it over there. When I tell you these guys are thorough, they are thorough! They did a pressure test to determine the source of the leak and verified it wasn't the water pump ( $800 savings right there!) . They replaced 2 hoses, replaced the thermostat and did some more stuff. The total bill was under $300 . Another instance my truck wouldn't start and I charged the battery and drove it to Toyo for them to check it out . Of course I'm thinking it's the alternator (The dealer quoted me $700) since I replaced the battery a few months earlier. They checked the battery and verified it was good , checked the cables, did a charging system test , and a test to see what was draining the battery. They said everything was good and didn't charge me a dime! So what happened ? The owner asked about a power inverter I had on the seat that I use for my laptop. Well, I forgot that the night before I had the radio on with accessories plugged into the cigarette lighter and the laptop still charging in the power inverter . And no the truck wasn't running - yeah, yeah I know don't say it I know better. Anyway, good honest folks, very professional work and the cleanest shop you will ever see .

One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. If you don't live local, don't go here for repairs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE…read more What should have been a simple two-tire installation turned into a costly and frustrating experience. My custom wheels, which were in perfect condition prior to service, were severely damaged during the installation process. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff attempted to blame the damage on me. As a customer, accountability and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated. The owner was dismissive and rude when I raised my concerns. Additionally, I observed minors handling customer transactions, which raised questions about proper business practices. This experience has cost me several hundred dollars in additional repairs. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking reliable and professional automotive service.

Apparently, they did not secure a hose well enough, and when it came loose, my engine's intake was filled with anti-freeze. I noticed that one of the workstations in the garage had an open Budweiser sitting out. Maybe that's why they couldn't clamp a hose down right? Adding insult to injury, the mechanic was rude to me in every interaction. It felt like he resented me before he ever even met me. I was paying with a credit card, so I had to go through this poorly lit and grungy room. While in there, the mechanic kept making statements that ended with, "You know how females are."
