After getting towed home on a Sunday, I called and left a message for Alpha Automotive about my situation. The next morning Shannon from Alpha Automotive called me. My Expedition was picked up by a tow truck noon that day. After diagnosing the problem, it was fixed by Wednesday morning. I picked it up that afternoon. I drove the vehicle a few hours to get some errands done and it was stalling (misding) a little. Thursday morning I took it back to Alpha, they put it on the diagnostic machine, in an hour they had fixed my vehicle, and I was back on my way. Kevin and his team didn't hesitate to make sure my vehicle was 100% fixed. I will continue to have Kevin and his team at Alpha Automotive to service my vehicles. Thank you Alpha Automotive!

I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

Instead, one of the technicians rolled display tires right in front of my car like I didn't even exist--no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. Just completely ignored. I stood there for about 15 minutes while they casually went about their business. Then another customer pulls up, walks inside, speaks to that same technician, and suddenly he's right back outside grabbing a jack and immediately servicing that vehicle. So let me get this straight--you ignore the customer who's been standing there waiting, but jump straight to the next guy who walks in? That tells me everything I need to know about how this place operates. This wasn't about being busy. This was blatant disregard and zero respect for customers. I left, and I won't be back. If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of customer service, go somewhere else. There are plenty of professional shops out there--this is not one of them. Jesse is the owner of this establishment and not only is he great to talk to, he knows his stuff. Auto Quick does oil changes as well as the full range of normal car repair. If the shop in McDonough can't do it he has another location that has more equipment. Today I had to get an emissions test and although Jesse was not there, his crew did a great job and did it quickly. I have seen Jesse weld something for someone. One time he heard a rattle in my car and he had me pull in the Garage so he could see what was making the noise. He took care of it for no extra charge. I changed my own alternator and Jesse tested it at no charge. He has looked at my truck and told me how much to fix for not charge. He is a great guy and runs great local shop. I sometimes just stop by to talk to him.

I choose their Diamond service to make sure all my levels were ok for the long drive ahead. Today I started to change my oil and noticed a tool stuck in the panel next to the oil filter and it was the clip removing tool that removes the panel to access the oil filter. The panel clip was broken also. And the oil filter was a no name generic brand while I paid for a name brand filter included in the Diamond service. Auto Quick McDonough is quick to take your money and quick to preform shoddy work your vehicle and charge an outrageous price... Diamond oil change service $55.00 out the door for what? Talking about the Mavis besides Drive time, conyers. This is the worst business I ever patronized…read more I went in for Alignment and they convinced me to change 2 tires, ( I knew one had a nail in it ) , I agreed, they also mentioned changing my wipers and I agreed, I also agreed to a oil change which I normally do at Walmart. Ended up spending about $460. I was there about 9 hours as against 1 hour they promised because they did wrong and my car started shaking while I drive. I returned 3 times same day, they also detected something was wrong but they couldn't detect, they went into my rotors, brakes etc but got worse. I called customer care and they directed I take the car back for re-balancing. I chose to got to another Maviis and they found out that my tires were bad. We discovered that instead of removing the 2 damaged tires from my car, they took out the 2 good ones and replaced with new ones. I was still left with thee 2 bad tires that I paid iMavis to replace.

Dropped brand new motor and then lied about it and said it came out of the crate that way. Crank pulley had damage clearly from same drop and rob claimed the motor came with the pulley and that he had pictures to prove it. When he didn't produce pictures like I asked I pointed out that the pulley is a special part that drives my booms hydraulic system (ie there is no way the pulley came with the new motor) and rob said "oh yeah my guys must have damaged it when pulling off the old motor" BS! Vehicle had pre existing issue with idle speed that shop was very aware of. Idle issues were still present upon pick up, ac pulley was damaged. Rob told me to put some miles on it for the idle to settle in and pulley noise was hydraulic pump and not his deal or doing. Engine was idling at 3000rpm by the time I arrived home. Found that the screw on throttle body that should not be adjusted had been grabbed with vice grips and turned to raise idle. Replaced throttle body myself which helped but still had the original idle issue. Reluctantly, at the urging of my one friend that likes this place I brought it back. I bought ball joints to install myself but I was told to bring it back on Friday so he could fix the idle issue. When dropping it off I told rob ball joints and shocks were new in boxes inside and to go ahead and put them on. THAT WAS 5 MONTHS AGO! Several ignored texts, friends telling him to fix my vehicle and a $500 tow bill due to needing new batteries and having a flat tire from sitting behind their shop so long I am getting my vehicle fixed elsewhere. If you're that 1 in 10 great, stick with them! If you're thinking about going here for the first time or going back after getting poor service, don't waste your time!
