Run, don't walk, the other way! Took my 2011 Cadillac DTS in for a minor coolant leak and asked…read morethem to trace to its source and repair. They call me back with a $3300 estimate for rear brakes, rack and pinion replacement and several other items. They never revealed what any of those items had to do with the leak. I stupidly told them to go ahead. Got it back and the rear brakes made a horrible noise. Took it back and had them re-fix their work. Two days later the coolant leak was back. Called and asked for the manager to call me-he never did. I ended up trading my car in to avoid another $1000+ repair to fix the actual leak. Horrible experience.

UPDATE. . . I…read morerecently took my vehicle to Champs 2 Tire & Service to have a water pump replaced. After the service was complete, and I picked up the vehicle I noticed there were a new few issues that were not present prior to me dropping the vehicle off. After speaking with the owner Brandon and pointing out the things that were not a problem before, he agreed to have me bring my vehicle back in so that he could have one of his best ASE certified techs look over everything. They found the issue, ordered the needed parts and got the repairs completed at no additional cost! Throughout the process there was constant communication with the status of repairs, and regular updates. Overall, my Wife and I are very satisfied with the service we received and the overall outcome. Brandon is a stand-up guy and his staff are all a great bunch of people! I highly recommend Champs 2 Tires & Service!

Another lie by Naval Roy! My 2005 Dodge Power Wagon broke down on me Halloween night of 2018, a Wednesday. On a Thursday after speaking to a local transmission part supply store that recommended Shift Right Transmission Repair in Stockbridge I had my truck towed to the shop, over 20 miles away at a cost of $200. The owner Naval Roy assured me that I would have my truck back in 5 days if I agreed to get it there before the weekend. I spoke to Naval again on Friday and he informed me that the transmission was damaged and in need of repair and a possible case after he removed the transmission pan and inspected it and found aluminum shavings in it. He said he would have the transmission out and disassembled and know the internal damage on Monday. I called again Monday evening and he said he was still in the process of removing the transmission. I was in the area on Tuesday and dropped by to inspect the work progress and found the vehicle still in the parking lot, exactly where the wrecker had dropped it off. Being a retired ASE Master Automobile Technician I inspected the vehicle in the parking lot and found not only had it not been moved into the shop and put on a lift, stored in the shop as promised, the transmission pan had not been removed. Naval lied to me! He promised to keep the truck secured in his shop, it was not. He told me he put it in the shop and removed the pan, he did not. He told me he was in the process of removing the transmission, he was not. When I confronted him about this he did not deny the lies. I had my truck removed within the hour and towed to a reputable transmission repair facility. I was out over $400 in tow fees and wasted 5 days of being without my vehicle while it sat in his parking lot. This guy is a lair and a thief! I will be posting my review everywhere I can and informing the people at ATRA of this individuals shady practices. People like Naval Roy give good technicians a bad name!
