The controller wires inside the tailpiece got abrasions when the tire wore through the plastic rear fender. He said he's experienced that before, and it's always trash in the fuel pump. After a day, he calls to say the fuel pump needs to be replaced. Then he calls again the next day to say that the gas tank has a lot of debris and should have a thorough rust removal and cleaning. That takes days to dry out. OMG, the price keeps going up but in for a penny in for a pound. After a few days, he calls to say it's ready. I ask if the test drove it, and he says he can't ride it that fast. I will have to come and pick it up and test it myself. Long drive to Conyers. At only 55 mph, it still skips as before, and I've been too trusting and paid for nothing. When I call and tell him he says it's an electrical problem and he's not that good with electrical issues and I should take it somewhere else. DUAH!!! I told you that it was an electrical problem when I brought it to you. I still have the same problem after you made over $300. For all I know, you just kept my bike in your garage for a week and did nothing to it. I want a refund. He doesn't want to give me a refund because of all the work he did. BULL SHIRT !!! You did busy work because of an overconfident yet mistaken diagnosis that I told you about in the first place. It ended without going to court or jail when I accepted a partial refund minus the price of an unneeded fuel pump. In summary, recognize the red flags and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

It took a few calls to get someone to pick up. I explained that I had a Yelp offer and that I needed roadside assistance. He asked where the car was located so I told him it was in Decatur. He then asked where I wanted it towed. I answered, "Decatur." He then replied, "We don't have any trucks." So I said, "Why did you ask me where the car was located if you knew you didn't have any trucks?" He said, "My driver lives in McDonough. He is not going to want to tow your car and then have to drive that far to go home." What in the blood clot? So basically, they are only towing cars in the drivers neighborhood. I told the bad and updated the bad, however I want to be completely transparent about everything and fair to everyone. I can not give 5 stars because of the way the sales manager conducted himself before, during, and after the sale was made. What I can do and will do is tell future customers who did try to make things right. I would give them 5 starts as individuals. Mary and Danielle respectively get 5 stars. I said in a previous post that Mary could not be contacted and wouldn't return my calls. All of that was true, however what all of Mary's colleagues failed to mention was she was out on medical leave. So they led me to believe they were passing messages to Mary when in fact they were not. I finally got in contact with Mary. Mary had no idea I was trying to reach out or that I was having such a bad experience. I apologized for implying Mary was unreachable as I didn't know my messages were not getting through to her. After explaining what issues I was having Mary made sure to do everything she could to make it right. Mary made sure my bike was picked up, serviced, and dropped off to make things right. It was supposed to take 3 days to complete and I had my bike back within 2. While my bike was being serviced Danielle made sure to contact me and let me know what all my options were for my bike. She was very pleasant on the phone and treated me like a human. The young man who came to pick my bike up and drop it off was very helpful and explained everything he could. I don't trust that everyone in this Harley Davidson store is on the up and up and cares about the customers. What I can say from my personal experience is that Mary and Danielle are the two who genuinely care about treating people right. Thank you Mary and Danielle for everything you two have done to make things right, be respectful of my time and money, as well as treat me like a human and not like a sales stat/commission like the other HD sales people did. Bottom line is Mary and Danielle get 5 stars. If you are having trouble with this HD store contact Mary. Make sure to speak to her as her coworkers can't be trusted to actually pass messages along or be transparent with the customer about Mary's absence. Mary will do the right thing. Danielle will make sure you are treated with respect. It's the sales team and management that ruin it for the entire store and give that place a bad name.
