Before they began the work, I explained the issue in detail, provided the diagnostic trouble codes, and shared what I believed was the needed repair based on the information I had. Unfortunately, the repair performed was not what I requested or what I understood to be necessary to address the overheating issue. Instead, the shop recommended and completed a more expensive repair. After they had my vehicle for at least a week, I was told that the vehicle would be completed on a certain day. I spoke with the owner, he told me to come in. I came in, and my vehicle remained on the lift with the body closed up as if it were finished for approximately two hours while the mechanics appeared to be sitting in the work area talking rather than actively working on it. They then started packing up to leave and asked me to return the next day. I did not even have a ride home. In my opinion, the repair could have been completed as promised if the work had been actively performed during that time. What also made me uncomfortable was being asked by the receptionist to leave a tip for the mechanics before my vehicle had even been repaired or returned to me. After the repair was completed, I paid approximately $1,000. Within three days, the same overheating problem returned. From my experience, the original issue was not repaired, and I was not offered a refund for the work that did not resolve the problem. I understand that vehicle repairs can sometimes involve additional diagnosis and unexpected issues. However, I expected clear communication, efficient work, an accurate repair, and accountability when the same issue returned almost immediately. Oh, and when I got my vehicle back, my battery charger was busted, as if someone took a wrench to it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

You can tell it was done by a brush or something loose and that it is fresh scratches. When tell management he says they are not responsible for stolen or damage property and moved my cat out the way to continue other cars. I had to call the police and make a report. I saw other cars come it with scratches but not as severe as mine. I knew i should have left when i pulled in and saw unorganized. Under new Indian management. They trying to do too much now. They closed off the walk thru to see the car go thru the wash cycles and they are washing off and using soapy scrub brush after it comes out the wash tunnel. Leads me to believe cars are not going thru all the cycles that customers pay to get, like wax and protectant coats. They slower, got cars all piled, waiting to b vacuumed and wiped down. They put in slot machines taking up 1/4 of the site area. Got a food truck in parking lot now taking up space where cars are normally moved to. It just seems and runs very shiesty and unorganized. Used to b my favorite local car wash but this will b my last time coming here. Whole new crew of workers too. Do not come here!!!! to the ppl who knew how to wash a damn car?

Because this is 1950, eye roll.. Jay is the real deal. Yes, Apna Garage is a modest shop tucked away behind a gas station. But how many mechanics have a legit 5 star Yelp rating? I'll wait.. The reason is because no-one is as honest, humble or as kind as Jay is. You can drop off your car which is very convenient. Jay diagnosed mine and explained everything in plain English without being patronizing. He's very responsive to messages, gave an honest assessment and didn't try to overcharge or upsell me. He even rode in the car with me to make sure I was comfortable driving it and that my needs were met. In short, Jay will be my mechanic for LIFE. 100% recommend. Thanks Jay!

Staff tech Jarrell is friendly and helped me find the hood release button which was hidden and I was unfamiliar with the location. They also recommended change of air filter so I did that too. I like how the prices were clearly visible and how they explained to me the difference of the two different synthetic oils. Jarrell also showed me the oil level on my dipstick. I chose the Mobile Advance synthetic which lasts 8-10 thousand miles, while their brand lasts 5 thousand miles. I like how they honored the $25 coupon I requested a couple days in advance. They offered to top off my oil ig I bring it back. I took a snap shot of my coupon which is good because the text message did not load the following day. Staff was attentive and respectful.
