The young lady was so welcoming and gracious at the immediate greeting I had no choice but to engage. They have some incentives for armed service members and first responders which I also highly respect any place of business who takes the initiative to give back to the folks who give their lives for us daily. I wasn't sure about a few specifics on specialty filters and oil types but no biggie she looked up all the info and explained to me what the deal was so great. The real thing for me was truly is this a ten minute oil change or not and it definitely was fast but due to all of my questions and engagement I didn't keep count. I'd recommend anyone who just needs a quick oil change and filter etc to drop on by as I will continue to do so. Also, I think for the cost it's a good value of dollars spent because it is in line with other service places but the kind service and available incentives make it worth the money. First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. TBH I knew it had been having an issue for years as I had to 'jiggle' it to get it to turn since forever. But I drove to a grocery store and upon leaving it literally would not turn. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.
