I was determined to write an honest review hoping to give them a positive review. Sadly, they lived down to previously stated expectations. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation & balance (for tires purchased at this location). Called me 2 hours later (within the estimated time provided). I walked back to the store and examined my car to find that the tired had not been rotated. Of course I am told it was done and he showed me where it was indicated on the ticket. I politely insist that they were not. After rechecking with the technician, it is confirmed that he tires were not serviced. I am told I must wait another hour. Instead of returning home, I decide to wait and watch. I then observe the technician simply swap front for rear tires. Luck II catch the service manager to remind him that I requested the tires be balanced. The tire technician then removes the front tires and balances them, but not the rear tires. At this point I decided to leave it be not worth causing any more tension. At time to pay the total comes out to $49, yet I brought in a coupon for a $39 oil change. I am told that it is instead a $39 off coupon. After examining the receipt, it shows the $39 coupon plus a $5 charge for a filter plus a few other charges. As I am pulling up the coupon that shows the price includes a filter, he then decides to "do me a favor" and properly reduce the cost. Needless to say, I am no longer confident I received the synthetic blend oil I paid for or if I received an oil change at all.

Then the car still didn't work, and they said I needed another engine. I purchased the engine through them. I was only given one choice of engine. I had to put this on credit to be able to pay for it. They never updated the correct miles and after the new engine the car still didn't work. There was only a 30 day warranty. Then they said there was something wrong with the fly wheel which never came up during the diagnostic. Then they told me they had no one to fix it. I took my car from them broken and in worse condition than before and they broke the key fob to my car. I spent over $7,000 with them to still recieve a car that didn't work after months. I got myself into debt with no car. An engine should never have a 30 day warranty. The car sat up there for almost 30 days after putting in the new engine until I just had the car towed away.

Suddenly, Darryl (who, by the way, seems like a decent guy just trying to do his job) informs me that their technician, Frankel, discovered my rear brake pads were allegedly on the brink of disaster, practically grinding metal-on-metal like a scene out of Mad Max. Cue dramatic music. According to Frankel, my brakes were in worse shape than my marriage. Now, here's the kicker: Just four weeks ago, I had my car thoroughly inspected at another shop with an A+ reputation. Their verdict? My rear brakes were in tip-top shape. But I thought, "Hey, let's play along." I feigned shock and horror, and asked, "Oh no, can I take a look myself?" I snapped some photos (attached here), which clearly show enough brake pad material to survive an apocalypse. When I told Darryl I'd have to hold off on this oh-so-crucial repair, they tried to quote me nearly $700 for a simple pad and rotor job on a Honda Accord. Look, I know inflation is a thing, but seriously? I've seen less expensive Taylor Swift tickets. Once I had my keys securely in my hand, I casually informed Darryl that their technician might need a refresher course on what 6mm looks like versus "metal on metal."
