If a part ever fails or is found defective... good luck... We are hardly ever compensated for labor or materials and if we do receive compensation it takes months and most of the time they'll give themselves a hefty discount on top of it. Set your expectations very low. Unfortunately, they are about the only choice for aftermarket parts if you have to buy them.

Very poor customer service. Needed a v belt for a machine. Went to store at 5:40. The counter…read moreperson promptly told me he wasn't looking through thousands of belts to find me one. He claimed he had no way of measuring my belt. He claimed someone threw away the tool to measure belts with. Really? Wouldn't you order a new one if that's the case. As I waked up to the counter he made sure I knew he only had 23.5 minutes to close. Well they are open until 6 aren't they? If you are that worried about it close at 5 or better yet 4. No use taking a chance, right? They apparently don't really need the business. He also made the remark that this is the busiest time of day. So what? Some people get off work at 5. How early do you think they can get there. In my case I was repairing equipment in a factory. Can't always know when I might need a belt. Bottom line. Very poor customer service!

The guy that was working with us had a very pleasant attitude and I would say that even if it was out of your way, don't go to the Norcross location, if you have to go to dealership, come here. Still keep and eye out for over charges and unnecessary work they may try to charge you for but lots of places try to do that.

Took my truck a part, didn't put it back together once the warranty was denied because they only suggested this overhaul and threw my parts on the back of my truck and left it outside in the elements.
