I was then billed for 3k, which I felt was too much for the service I was requesting. So doing my own research I realized that they were at least charging 40% more the what the job should have been. Which is where Trinity Mobile Mechanics came in! Real life superheros. Setting up an appointment and getting a quote with them was super easy. The owner knew exactly what he was doing. After doing his own diagnostics, he had the integrity to call me and let me know what the real issue was and that I definitely didn't have to pay what the other shop was trying to get from me. The tech was telling me to take it to the dealership because I had a short somewhere. When I called Sam, he spoke to the tech to get all the numerical data. The tests were saying everything was normal but Sam said I had a dead cell in my battery because the numbers were too high. He said I just needed a new battery....he was right. Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

I noticed that one of the workstations in the garage had an open Budweiser sitting out. Maybe that's why they couldn't clamp a hose down right?
