I was able to chat with several people, including one of the few seasoned fiberglass experts in the area, and was given a general ballpark. Once serious and decided, I returned to hand over the car and get a more tuned quote and timeline. During the next 12 weeks, the car's awful fiberglass body was given much needed TLC. Mike was in constant contact over phone and text message, providing status updates, pictures, and timeline updates. I'm very very pleased with the results and the price. It was not cheap (between $5k and $10k), but other shops were quoting $15k+. The difference might be that the other shops were only wanting to do a perfect, concourse-level job, and I was able to inform Sentry that this was unnecessary for my use case. I highly recommend Sentry to anyone with a car they truly care about, be it classic or modern. You won't pay an exorbitant price and will get very good results. I'm sure you can get better results if you ask and are willing to pay for the extra time.

First, he is so pleasant and easy going, and explains things, which I appreciate since it is not my area of expertise. Second, he navigates insurance really well. He is not on our provider list, but we totally trust him, so we use him anyway. Our cars literally look brand new when we get them back. Great service and product value. Highly recommend.

I recently had an extremely negative experience trying to get my car repaired at another shop. The other shop estimated my job to be worth $2,300. When I called up John and the rest of the crew at Atlanta Autopro Honda Acura they quoted me at $640. They very easily could have called it $1,500, $1,000, or $800. Instead they estimated the repairs based on their honest opinion at $640. That takes integrity and an understanding that reputation generates revenue in the car repair business. I will be bringing 100% my work to these guys. I'll also be strongly recommending them to anyone who asks. They were extremely open with their thought process and provided fantastic service. These guys know what they're doing and they weren't hard to find - absolutely worth the quick drive out of town. Thank you, John, and the rest of the crew for being so honest and hard working. I'm bringing 100% of my business your way as long as I'm in Atlanta.

From the moment I met Richard, the owner, I knew I was in good hands. He is incredibly personable, professional, and truly knowledgeable. I honestly thought my car was beyond repair--it would drive fine one moment, then suddenly lose power and shut off, especially at stop lights. It was an unpredictable and frustrating issue that no one had been able to figure out. But Richard took the time to thoroughly test drive my car and was able to pinpoint the exact problem. That alone gave me so much confidence in his expertise. Not only did he fix the issue, but his pricing was very fair and affordable. What truly set him apart, though, was the care and integrity he showed. A few days after the repair, he personally called to check and make sure everything was still running well. That level of customer service is rare. He and his wife are truly gems--honest, dependable, and genuinely committed to helping people. My husband and I are beyond pleased, and we can confidently say: we have found our mechanic! If you are looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and affordable, do not hesitate to visit Shields Repair Shop. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!
