Do Not Do Business With Them! Owner Richie lies and employee's deserve better owner ship. His slave treatment making them lie for him during unprofessional business involving work on cars he say he can do work on knowing his shop doesn't have the professionals to do. Police was involved because owner gets keys to cars and vehicle parts and become unresponsive. If they rip you off police can't help you either or them. ; )

After my car was back into, I was referred to this place to make sure the repairs we done. Richie made sure my car was fixed and then some! From the moment I dropped my car Richie was on it! He talked to me like he knew me already and made me feel comfortable to leave my car at his shop. His knowledge of cars and life will have you wanting to to just stay and chat all day. He is a friend to each and every customer that comes in. His crew is talented! They did an a amazing job on my car and made it look just like new car detail and everything! I drove from in city all the way up to Loganville because of his word of mouth reviews and he did not disappoint! Thank you for being a friend and man of your word to making sure my car was done correctly and within a reasonable time. You guys are awesome!!

After hitting a deer I found this body shop online and was more satisfied with the reviews compared to other places. Richie although super busy still found the time to ensure I was updated and my car was fixed to perfection. Communication is important and Richie did just that, communicated with me throughout the process. If you want to be taken care of correctly this is the place to leave your car in great hands'

I brought in my 2015 Mustang GT with no tune and no drivetrain upgrades. They told me the pump blew…read moreup, which makes sense because I completely lost all movement. I went through with a full rebuild. The second I got the car back, I noticed the torque converter locking at very low RPMs in overdrive, bogging the engine down. A couple days later, the car started banging into drive and reverse, then started giving me back shots when it downshifted into 1st gear at stops. They told me it's the shift kit, even though the kit they used is supposed to solve jerks and clunks, but who am I to tell the techs. It didn't fix anything. The car still drives like bum and is honestly really annoying to drive. I also had a common bulkhead connector leak after the rebuild, which makes me question the entire rebuild. They told me to take it to the dealer, but seeing how Ford operates after a $200 diagnostic fee, it's not worth it. This shop charged me $4,500 for the rebuild, which is more expensive than other shops in the area. I chose them based on reviews. I'm giving 1 stars only because it hasn't blown up yet at 2.5k miles, but that's about it. They won't even tell me what torque converter brand is in the car, and they put the blame on anything as long as it's not the transmission. The invoice is extremely vague. I don't know if you should take your car here or not. There are different scenarios and models, so my outcome may not be like yours. Nothing is wrong with my differential or driveshaft. The car was silky smooth before the pump failure. These issues happened day one after the rebuild. I really really really really really really wouldn't recommend taking a car here For rebuild, it's literal garbage

Wow what an experience I had, unfortunately for me my transmission conked out on my 2000 Chevy…read moreblazer. Even more unfortunately for me, I was seeking the best price and did not know that when you shop for transmission repair you shop by warranty and not by price. So after calling varying places, I decided on Certified Transmissions price of $1450 to "rebuild" my transmission with a six month warranty. It was the best deal I found, which was about $150 less than any other place that offered at least a year warranty. So I had my car towed to "Certified Transmission" now trying to hide under the aliase ""Transmissions for Less". They basically "fixed" my transmission " they did not rebuild it", I will explain later. My car was ready in the time frame they said, so I picked up my Vehicle and I was on my way. Six months later and 1 day, yes exactly one day I am not kidding, the transmission failed again(1 day after the warranty expired). I called Certified Transmissions aka Transmissions for less, and they told me I would have to pay them another $1450 to "fix" my transmission for another 6 month warranty. I realized something was fishy here, how can my transmission fail in 6 months and 1 day after they apparently "rebuilt it" ? I found a another transmission company that explained to me what kind of corrupt practices places like "Certified Transmission aka Transmission for less" scheme on, which are quite common in the transmission repair business according to them. They told me they are suppose to buy a kit for about $80 to replace all of the internal warn/broken parts and seals, basically making the transmission new once rebuilt. But they said that is not what they did, they only replaced what they visually saw broken when they opened the transmission. They ignored the worn or degrading replaceable parts they are suppose to replace, as long as they are not broken. They did not rebuild the transmission at all, they just "fix it" so it runs. Knowing very well that the other aged warn parts are going to fail soon, hoping it does not fail within the warranty period. They hope it fails after the warranty period, so they can charge you another $1450.00 to "fix" it again. He also explained to me the longer the warranty a transmission repair shop offers, the more likely they are using the kit or are at least replacing most of the worn and broken parts and seals. My advice, stay far far away from Certified Transmission / Transmission for less, unless you want to end up like me and pay $1450 for a "fix" initially and and another $1750 with another company to rebuild my transmission within 6 months of each other. $3200 total in six months. "Certified Transmission / Transmission for Less" seem to be trying to hide their tracks with multiple phone numbers and using different aliases. Here are some of their numbers (770) 982-3888 (770) 736-4187 (770) 466-8119 (404) 325-6700. I suggest everyone to seek out a multi-year transmission warranty when rebuilding your transmission. It might cost a few hundred more, but that is better than it failing in a year or so or two and having to pay another $1700 dollars again like me.

I had the owner do work on my transmission. It took 3 months for him to finish but he got the job…read moredone. A $5,000 job in which my warranty covered half. A year later, the transmission was recalled and Audi was willing to give me back the money but I had no receipt to submit. After making $5000 off my services, you'd think the owner would be more than willing to provide the receipt that I lost. He remembered my car situation very well. But nope, he only cussed me out on the phone??? As far as I'm concerned, the owner is not mentally stable after his unwarranted outburst and I would not recommend dealing with them.
