It turns out, that since this Jiffy Lube is connected to a car wash, that they couldn't take my coupon. However, they offered an alternative, which they did not have to do. I needed to get a parasitic drain test for my car, and Gunter Automotive was great! They communicated with me the whole time my car was with them, kept digging until they found the problem, and even worried about me when they realized what had happened. It felt like the employees here genuinely care about their clients, which is huge! A few more details: My car had been having issues for months, during which I was repeatedly taking it to different shops, auto stores, etc. Gunter Automotive found the problem within two days and charged much less than expected for the testing and fix. Really can't say enough good things about my experience here.
