Unfortunately, instead of a simple service, which should have been an oil change and a GO . I had an oil change an a TOW. My vehicle required a tow immediately after the oil change was completed. I was advised that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the oil change as well as the repair expenses that resulted from the service error. My out-of-pocket costs have exceeded $750. I was initially asked to provide a repair estimate, which I did, and later instructed to submit the final repair invoice, which I also provided. Despite following these instructions, I have yet to receive reimbursement. I have reached out multiple times to District Manager Cody Willsey and to the corporate office by phone and email, but my inquiries have been ignored. I would rate the service a zero however that option isn't available so I selected one star which is not my preferred rating.
