In a rather heavy accent, the attendant said something about "dealer", which I didn't understand, but that he would do the inspection. I asked what he said and he again said something about "dealer." A car pulled up behind me, and he then said "get out of line" and walked back to that car. I stayed there, not sure what was going on. He walked back up to me and said "Get out of here." I asked what he was talking about, and he said it again. So I said what I thought about him and left. I found another emission testing place nearby on Suwanee Road, where the attendant was competent, friendly, fast, and communicated without an unintelligible accent. I won't ever be going back to this place.

Unfortunately, instead of a simple service, which should have been an oil change and a GO . I had an oil change an a TOW. My vehicle required a tow immediately after the oil change was completed. I was advised that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the oil change as well as the repair expenses that resulted from the service error. My out-of-pocket costs have exceeded $750. I was initially asked to provide a repair estimate, which I did, and later instructed to submit the final repair invoice, which I also provided. Despite following these instructions, I have yet to receive reimbursement. I have reached out multiple times to District Manager Cody Willsey and to the corporate office by phone and email, but my inquiries have been ignored. I would rate the service a zero however that option isn't available so I selected one star which is not my preferred rating.

Without our authorization, the shop added brake fluid, claiming the brake pedal went to the floor when they moved the truck into the bay. This was never discussed with us beforehand, nor were we given the opportunity to approve or decline the work. More troubling, within about a mile of leaving the shop, we experienced a complete brake failure. This created a dangerous situation that should never occur after a vehicle has just been serviced. When we contacted the owner, he claimed he had informed us there was a brake shop next door if we needed further service. That statement is simply not true--no such information was provided. While the original issue was fixed, the lack of communication, unauthorized work, and the safety risk we experienced afterward are unacceptable. We strongly recommend others proceed with caution and ensure all work is clearly authorized and explained before service is performed.

My name is K Brown and I used to get my emission test done on my car at A1 Emissions Testing about (8) years ago. I meet a guy by the name of James at A 1 Emissions Testing. I already knew James from a different emissions place on Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain, Georgia. I meet James at Aden's Emissions about (10) years ago. After James did my Emissions test on Memorial Drive he got transferred to A1 Emissions Testing at 1108 Herrington Road, #4, Lawrenceville Ga 30044. After James worked at A1 Emissions Testing for (6) months another employee told me that James was let go from the company and that he no longer works for A1 Emissions Testing. When K Brown meet James he had a gun. James is very dangerous. K Brown calls James, but he doesn't answer his phone he only text K Brown. K Brown takes her 2007 blue Toyota, Yaris car to a different Emissions place. Thank you. read more

We had a full conversation about living around here while he was doing his job. He is very talented and it seems like he loves his job.
